“Have visited Town Square Laundry for the first time today 10/19/24 and I must admit I am somewhat fanatical with cleanliness, especially when it comes to "public" machines! This laundromat has left such a positive impression regarding such unbelievable cleanliness!! The machines are immaculate and by the time I washed & dried the clothes smelt so clean!! The owner is very friendly and helped with any and all questions. Very impressed by this experience and will definitely retun!”

“I just moved to the area and came here for the first time on Saturday evening, based on the reviews. There was me and one other couple there. The woman who works there was very pleasant. She could tell I had never been there before and took the time to explain the various payment options in place for doing laundry there, which are quite a few, as well as how to access the parking lot. They have laundry payment cards that you can refill, all the machines also accept debit/credit cards, and they take quarters. The facility was very neat and clean. My only issue is that they don't have smaller machines. They have the large ones for $5.50 and the medium ones for $3.50. I'd generally prefer putting my whites in smaller machines since the load is so small, and the $3.50 machine would be entirely too big for them. The dryers, however are VERY powerful. They're $.25 for 9 minutes and I put my clothes in for 18 minutes, but they were dry within the first 9 minutes. I definitely plan to come here going forward for my laundry needs.”
“Excellent customer service!! I thought I may needed Alterations ; he looked at the dress and advised I didn’t once I put my shoes on ! In addition I my dress cleaned in an Urgent matter for a upcoming wedding! He advised that he will have it done in 3 days but called me the next to come and pick up my dress!! I was so happy!! He saved me from being anxious and also saved me money on Alterations!! My dressed was cleaned and got out the grease stains that another cleaners told me it will be hard to remove !!
