First time at Pep Boys, and I had a great experience. I had previously received quotes from other places recommending an unnecessary caliper replacement. I came to Firestone for a second opinion and was greeted by Doug, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the real issue. Thanks to Doug’s honesty and knowledge, I learned that my calipers didn’t actually need to be replaced. He helped me get a better deal and addressed the actual problem. We need more people like Doug — honest, kind, and thorough in their work. Great work and thank you!

First-Time Experience at Pep Boys.
I recently visited Pep Boys Parlin for an oil change, and as a first-time customer, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and easy.
What really stood out was the excellent communication. I was kept informed every step of the way, and there were no surprises. The service was efficient, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands.
This positive experience has definitely earned my loyalty. I will absolutely be returning to Pep Boys for future car maintenance. In fact, I know I'll need new tires towards the end of the summer, and I'll be sure to check out the deals and promotions Pep Boys has available.
Thank you to the entire team for a job well done! I highly recommend Pep Boys Parlin to anyone looking for reliable and friendly car service.

Whats the point of an appointment when i had a appointment for 9 and i went to get an oil change im told to leave my car and i asked how long it will be and was told no idea, and when i made my appointment i was told that my car is the 4th car in line and today im told that their are 9 cars ahead of me then what is the point of an appointment when they know they can't service all the cars in a timely manner

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Horrible place that should be avoided at all costs. Needed an emergency appointment for my engine temperature and was assured it could be checked out and taken care of. Dropped off the vehicle at 11:30AM, called them at almost 6pm and 2 techs were apparently looking at it, would get a call letting me know what’s going on. 7:15pm I call back and the shop closed without letting me know!!! Left my car there in the lot with my back doors unlocked! The next day I just received a bunch of nonsensical excuses and attitude. They didn’t even address the issue I came there with. They looked at engine RPMs and the issue was engine temperature. Just avoid this unprofessional, horrible place. Will never return there ever again.

Everyone was extremely helpful. 4 new tires mounted and balanced is less then 1 hour.
Made sure I was completely satisfied.

Went in for a battery for my Jeep Wrangle. Was helped by an older gentleman, I believe he said his name was Grisco. What a great help he was. Awesome customer service. Please give this man a raise!!!!
