“Lovely place to adopt your newest family member. They demonstrate a lot of care and empathy for their animals. They also provide assistance w what you may need for your new best friend. I loved how passionate they were about the safety and care of all animals. The price was also less compared to other places and still comes with vaccines neutering and a microchip. I was able to take my kitten home the same day! They also provide volunteering opportunities for those who wish to make a positive impact in the well being an treatment of animals ♥️ lovely place w great people.”

They argue with me not to give me a free bag after my 10th bag the managers they’re a horrible, but I have no choice but to go there cause that is the only Petco in my area the work is a great the cashiers, but the managers are horrible. I’m very disappointed that I never received my bag of food for my dogs. I never get rewards. I’m not happy at all.”
“My puppy Cookie loves going to this store. The sales ladies are wonderful. Not sure if I'm spelling their names correctly, but Gail and Terry are awesome. If I need anything in particular or need a recommendation ,these two ladies have always guided me in the right direction.My puppy has been attending the training classes since October 2023. We enrolled her for all available classes. Her trainer Robyn is amazing. Robyn has been super patient and nice. Her techniques and knowledge is 100% teaching me to train Cookie and to be the best responsible owner I can be. Cookie is an American Bully and is training to be my medical service animal. With her help, Cookie has come a long way. We wish that we can take Robyn home with us. Cookie and I can't wait to begin the next Semester this February.Cookie and the rest of our family appreciates you all.”

I utilized the grooming services for my dog and was pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The grooming salon operates from 7 AM to 9 PM on most days, providing flexibility for pet owners with busy schedules. The groomers are academy-trained and safety-certified, ensuring that pets receive top-notch care. 
Training Programs:
The store offers a variety of dog training classes led by accredited trainers who employ positive reinforcement techniques. Classes are available for dogs of all ages, and the trainers are knowledgeable and patient, creating a supportive environment for both pets and owners. 
PetsHotel and Doggie Day Camp:
For pet boarding needs, the PetsHotel provides comfortable accommodations with safety-certified associates and an on-call veterinarian. The Doggie Day Camp is a fantastic option for dogs to socialize and exercise under professional supervision. Both services operate from 7 AM to 9 PM, accommodating various schedules. 
Banfield Pet Hospital:
Having a Banfield Pet Hospital inside the store is incredibly convenient. They offer comprehensive veterinary services, including preventive care packages through their Optimum Wellness Plans®. The hospital is open from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, ensuring accessible healthcare for pets.

The staff at this Pet store was amazing, friendly and eager to help you for any of your needs related to your pet Shopping.

“Been bringing my doggo here for years. The rating is not a good reflection of the groomers working here, never had an issue with the front desk. More importantly though is that the groomers are all really nice, we went to Stephanie for years but she recently left and now Chrissy (I believe she's the owner) has taken over cutting for my dog. He is soooo cute after his cuts I'm always excited for his grooming visits. Also love how he smells and how they give a little bandana wrap as a finish.”

“A super place where we get all pet related stuff. I went to buy few fishes and the experience was amazing- The person who helps to serve was awesome. He suggested me to but kind of fishes which are safe to the old fishes. He looks like experienced and friendly. He is 5 star person.
