I wouldn’t even give them one star! They did work at my house once before and their price was reasonable but the second time they came to do a job that required very minimal work. He charged me almost $1000! -swapping my kitchen faucet and a band in the bathroom shower since it was leaking. He told me the job usually would last three hours (for the bathroom) but because the job only lasted less than an hour ( if that ) he still had to charge me the same rate. He also just came to my house and started doing work without telling us the exact cos!. Which I thought was complete BS, especially when the owner told me to hush because he didn’t want his worker to know what he’s paying him while I asked what the price would be, which to me It seems sketchy to me since his worker did the entire job. The owner just supervised & just told me to hush. I definitely will not be using them again or referring them anyone! They definitely lost business with us and we will be reporting this as well.

Owner seemed decent at first.Was responsive with first issue I had with his work.He made over 4k off of me for his work.Then we had a little falling out when I was trying to explain to him a problem I had.He insisted that I was wrong and he said, I "don't know what I am talking about I only have been doing this for 20 yrs" I was not trying to tell him he was wrong I just didn't agree with what he wanted to do.I was glad I didn't let him do the work.He told me he had to jack hammer my floor just to see what the problem was and then he would let me know what it would cost.I said you are out of your mind I called my friend he came over and this is what he found a cap from a shampoo bottle.Yea he is some master plumber.thanks for nothing jimmy.

If you need a great plumber that is efficient and knowledgeable, call Titan Plumbing. We had a cracked sewage pipe (cast iron) in our basement and after having a couple of plumbers come and take a look and say it was a big problem, we called Titan Plumbing. I spoke to Jimmy, he came and took a look and said he can take care of it no problem. They came the next morning as promised, on time. They had it fixed in no time. Titan responded quickly, evaluated the problem(s) and gave me a detailed summary of what it would cost for each problem. I have had several companies provide free estimates and I know that Titan gave me a fair price. Once we agreed on the work to be done, Titan moved forward to get the appropriate parts and replace everything they had said would be needed to correct each problem. Additionally, they snaked the drains to the outside street.I am confident that we won't have recurring problems with what they corrected.I am also thankful and fortunate that we were able to find Titan.

I’ll never use another plumber. Jimmy is very responsive, reliable, fair-priced, and gets the job done every time. I started using him years ago when he was the only plumber to answer the phone on Christmas morning for an emergency. Excellent work!

Jimmy was the best decision I made to get backwater valve installed. Not only did he give a reasonable price but also was easy to negotiate a price that worked for me. He showed up on time, and him and his team did a great job. They also installed the valve without having to open up more flooring than needed. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

On the morning of NYE, I discovered a clogged drain. As this had happened before and I thought I caught it early, I convinced myself I could handle it. Plus, it was the holiday, and I thought it would be ultra expensive. After spending the day trying to find someone reasonable, I had a phone consultation with Jimmy that evening, who offered a decent quote. I requested someone come first thing in the morning New Year's Day as I did not want to interrupt anyone's time with their family. Mike arrived at my home the next morning bright and early as promised. He cleared the clog, all the while explaining what he was doing. Afterward, he explained a possible solution to keep this from happening again. After testing his work, he cleaned up! He left no sign anyone had been working in that area! Both Jimmy and Mike were uber-professional, personable, and honest. These guys will not do a half-assed job just to keep coming back and taking your money if there is an easy solution to your problem. I will have Titan Plumbing back to implement their recommendation. Thank you Jimmy and Mike!

So my youngest buys his first house. His wife is mucho pregnant and they have a toddler who has lived in a COVID cocoon in Brooklyn all of her life. First disaster - Ida, flooding and a dead sump pump. They tried frantically to get help and after lots of rejections, Titan saved the day. Jimmy the owner installed a new sump pump then the hot water heater that had also got damaged. A couple months later I come up to help with toddler and newborn. The toilet wobbles and there is the smell of sewer gas. Then a leak under the kitchen sink which has the water hoses incorrectly installed and no venting. The dishwasher had also quit. Called Titan and I get to meet Jimmy. As happens in old houses one thing leads to another but the Titan crew handled it all. They were there when they said they would be and we even got a text the next day to be sure all is okay. This is new age plumbing with old school attention to detail. They went over everything so they would understand. They knew how important a functioning house was at this time of their life. Jimmy is our hero!!!
