My wife got a pair of glasses but no good for reading book, very blur. It is much worse compared to her old glasses. The staff refused to re-do exam, but gave all kinds of solution not making sense, such as: you should wear it for couple weeks to adapt. On second visit a week later, they insist nothing wrong with prescription, but should buy another pair for reading. Actually this glasses is not good for distance either. Poor quality and customer service.

Was late by 20 min... it was my mistake.. they could have atleast made an attempt to accommodate but just outright were dismissive... one guy who was at a distance from the reception says ''reschedule''..Will never go there again...

I had a great experience at this America's Best location. I had an eye exam, and bought 2 pair of glasses with no insurance for less than I used to pay using insurance. Rob and Anna helped make the experience better by making sure I had just what I needed. After picking up my glasses I found I wanted one of the bifocals lowered and one pair adjusted just for driving. They had them done in a week and now I'm so happy I chose them. If you are on the fence looking for the best deal with great service, choose this location. You'll be glad you did!

Called and asked specific questions about pair of glasses and the women on the phone stated I could just drop off frames to have lenses put in for my mother. She didn't mention anything about her being present to measure her eyes or anything. So when I walked in there was a older man grey hair very rude I said hi how are you and he didn't even respond. Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they really suck.

I came here to get lens and Dr Patel there was beyond rude, she did not want to give me a new prescription and use my old outdated one. When trying to talk to her she had a very rude attitude and was not helpful at all. After reviewing some other reviews from the past months it seems to be a typical issue at this store and I will not be going anymore. I will be sure to let others know to visit other stores that are more helpful. You would think being the only glass store in a very big town they would have better customer service and more work ethic.Would not recommend visiting here to get prescriptions or glasses done.

This place is terrible. The doctor seems to have an attitude and no interest in her patient or their needs. Besides the one woman who helps process payments, the office staff and doctor here are cold and dismissive. Highly do not recommend.

After losing my eye insurance I needed a new place to go. I have really enjoyed coming here and I love the selection. You can't beat 60 bucks for an eye exam. I think it's free with 2 pairs. My progressive sunglasses are the best!!

I don’t know the name of doctor but I am not satisfied with the service of the doctor. She wasn’t listening to me when I was explaining my situation.I don’t recommend her at all.

Worst eye glass experience of our lives! Both my wife and I wear have worn glasses for the last 60+ years and this place is the worst. We were treated poorly by the management (not the employee) spent several hours trying to get glasses, all the way thru measuring. The manager didn't want to use the prescription provided by our physician. We insisted, so they were going to call the physician and never bothered to follow thru. They wasted hours of the time of a handicapped person, which was a struggle for her. Then never called us back, refused to take our call, left us on hold. I guess an $800 sales was not big enough! Horrible experience, including have to listen to the false "COVID is not real" speech from one manager. They should not be allowed to practice in the State of NJ.

Was helped by a woman Sam and she was great. She fully explained every step of the process and help with getting me the right frames I was looking for. The whole staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. High recommend the Parsippany store.

Wow, what can I say.. I was treated very nicely here... minimal wait time.. turns out my insurance covered 70% of it. The staff was very easy to talk to.. I'll be going back

I recently moved so I was looking for a quick exam near by so I can purchase frames if needed. Upon entering I was greeted politely by the staff who were willing to quickly help.I did not have an appointment but they were ready to set me up with one for the same day within a reasonable timeframe. The Dr. saw within minutes of my appointment, she was very nice and patient. After I was done with the exam the staff helped me pick my frames and helped me decide what looked best with honest opinions. I have great insurance so my cost for the exam, retinoscopy test, 2 frames with a few add-ons was relatively low, $75 bucks. They also have good price options ranging from $29.99 -$179.99 or more. The only downside is that they do not make the lens nor do they have the frames on site and you would have to wait for them to arrive. Not a big deal but I just would've preferred a one and done visit until next year.
