“Had a battery give me trouble and was clearly with the 2yrs free replacement. Called the 800# first to point me to a authorized dealer as I didn't want to get all the way there and be fed nonsense of "you didn't by it here"Had the date code. But as I suspected the distance I drove would give the battery a false surface charge which ultimately cause the battery to test good and recharge. But thankfully the girl was reasonable enough to go ahead and replace it for me at no charge. 6 stars for them. No one wants out of state battery issues and I appreciate them getting me taken care of.”
