Unorganized, very slow service. They gave me an update and said they'll be back shortly. They showed up over an hour later. This happened 4 times. Also very expensive.

Great place. The staff is nice and the convenience of being able to drop off my pet before work and pick them up after is great. Just make sure you don't miss the driveway after the gas station.
