“I loved everything . From the greeting they had with me and my partner, to the quality of taking care of my cat . I was more nervous than she was and they handled her spiciness so patently. I could not have asked for a better visit for us both. Will be coming here for as long as I can. they provided estimate costs up front for other procedures as well as recommending the best products for your pet. Any worries I had of my cat being mistreated were completely gone in 5 minutes. Nurse Tatiana is amazing as well.”

“My 12 yrs old dog is diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. We have tried water therapy and laser therapy but her mobility kept getting worse until we came to see Dr Tsai for acupuncture. This is her 3rd time and she was able to squat for poop again. (She has been falling and sit on her poop in the last 6 months) Dr. Tsai also recommended some Chinese Herbal powder that I add daily in my dog’s food. I think both acupuncture and the herbal powder are really working to help my dog maintain her leg/strength. Although degenerative myelopathy is not a curable disease, I am willing to do whatever to buy more time for my dog’s mobility. I’m so grateful for Dr. Tsai and her acupuncture! The staff in her office are also very patient and kind.”

They have made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable and have given me comfort and confidence throughout. I truly appreciate everything they do for Luna!”

“We have never experienced such great veterinary care for our dogs! Dr. Ammeraal is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Our trainer highly recommended the practice and it’s truly like going back in time to an era when your pet (& our pets are like family to us) is not a number at a huge mega-vet practice where there is zero consistency. I highly recommend Sova!”

“The quality of this place is top notch. I had noticed my cat had bloating that was not normal, I called and was taken the same day. All of the staff were kind and great at keeping me grounded through my cat’s crisis, and had referred me to another location for emergency surgery after diagnosing her. I would recommend them to everyone, they really care about your pets and understand what they need for their health.”

“Anazing care. I didn't realize what I was missing out on. My kitty is getting compounded medicine that smears easily into her ears now instead of suffering with no solution to her annual allergies! Just to name one of many reasons I love it here.”

“Dr. Jennings is a straight shooting, honest vet, and reasonably priced with TOP NOTCH pet care. A vet that DOESN’T upsell and take advantage of loving pet owners. They will not make you paranoid, they won’t convince you to take unnecessary and expensive actions. I drive a half hour out of my way to take my dogs here. LOVE THEM.”

“After a year of frustration with other vet offices, my boyfriend's family suggested Dr. Werner. They had been going for many years and highly recommend this office. Dr. Werner fixed many issues with my cat that every other vet failed to do. He did this compassionatly and explored the more financially reasonable options before blindly suggesting thousands of dollar procedures. I am forever grateful for taking such great care of my little girl ?⬛”

“I took my cat here for what I thought would be her shots. Before the appointment, they asked for her previous vet information and gathered all of her records, which I really appreciated. The scheduling process was easy, and they even sent a questionnaire to get to know my cat better before the visit. They took us in on time, and the doctor seemed experienced, caring, and professional. Overall, the service and communication were very good. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. It turned out my cat was not due for her shots, so the visit ended up being only a wellness exam, and I was charged $140. I understand veterinary care can be expensive, but I found that high for a wellness exam without vaccines. Overall, good experience and caring staff, but the fees are definitely on the expensive side.”

“It’s been a while since our last visit. We brought our puppy Mishka for vaccines and fixing — the doctor greeted her with a hug and a little head kiss, and the nurse was so kind and caring. It was such a special moment to see how gently and lovingly they treated our puppy. You can truly feel how much love they have for every animal. So grateful for this wonderful team! Thank you!”

“We truly cannot thank our vet enough for everything he did for our girl, Leidi. He was phenomenal—so patient, kind, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to listen and help us through every step. Because of his care, we were lucky enough to have two more precious years with her. These past few months especially, we felt like we were constantly at the vet, and he never stopped doing everything he could to keep her comfortable and give her the best quality of life possible. We will forever be grateful for the care and love he showed Leidi and for the extra time he gave us with our girl. 🤍 - Sam & Ryan Barnett”

Special thanks to Shernella; she has a heart of gold. Great crew!”
