Since the Pinnacle Federal Merger with Garden Savings, it’s been a lack of support and no one can really answer questions. We discovered our account was hacked and there are no real Protections against fraud and theft because the Security App for controlling Debit card does not apply to former “Pinnacle Customers”. Yes we’re helped in the beginning to get account up and running but no other Real Support unless Your a Direct Garden Savings Customer. Stay on the Alert regarding the benefits and/or Protections not given due to the Merger. So if your account is hacked and fraudulent charges are posted, it takes seven (7-10) days for you to get a new Debit Card and they cannot express mail. I wish I could leave 5 Stars to the employees who actually assisted us with the fraudulent charges. Hopefully other former Pinnacle customers won’t experience this situation.

Hello to all!
I'm a 4 years member of GSFCU, but had some problems with web access since year 1 with them. After 4 years I finally got a call from their very BEST Customer service rep, Ms Adriana Torres! She figured the problem right away, fixed my web access, and guided me through additional questions.
Honestly, CS like her makes all the difference for any institution!
To GSFCU management: She deserves a promotion and a paid vacation, for having such ownership character towards the company she represents, that turned off my 4 year complaint into a 5 star review and positive advertisement for Garden Savings FCU.
Thanks again Ms Adriana and GSFCU!!!

I was a member of the Pinnacle Federal Credit Union. I had difficulty with managing my account after the merger with Garden Savings. It was not easy trying to get someone to help me. Today I spoke with Joann DeChiara, and she was wonderful. She resolved my issues and it is a big relief for me. Thank you Joann!

Website has no email address for contact. Just links that open up 3rd party aps.
They charge fees and send emails that cant be replied to. Bad. Very bad.

It’s extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. I’ve been trying for a week. Like Maria who left a comment about the merge, I’ve had the same experience. It’s near impossible. I’m not sure if this bank was ever prepared for the volume of people it was taking on.

I never write a review, but I am so frustrated that I felt that I needed express my dissatisfaction. I have been a member of Pinnacle since 2002 and this merger has given nothing but grief. I cannot get to talk to a representative, after leaving numerous messages. Then I travel over a half-hour to a Garden State office only to find the system is down and they cannot help me. The representative was not very much help and appear to be annoyed that I was asking questions. Cannot find good help today! If I could give a rating of NO STARS I would.

Horrible experiences. I am a customer of another credit union that was absorbed by Garden Savings. Since the acquisition, my previous debit card was shut off without knowledge and funds could not be accessed through a purchase or ATM. We are now over 2 weeks, this began while away on vacation leaving my family no access to our funds while abroad.
While away, I was sent a new card that could not be activated unless you call from your phone number on file. Because my home number has been updated I could not activate my debit card.
I am now locked out of all accounts, mobile ap requires that I contact customer service. I have reached out every day for over a week. I am constantly provided a prompt that someone will be with me and there are over 100 callers before me. After about 3 minutes on hold I am sent to a voicemail box. I have left 3 messages and have not received a call back.
As soon as I can access my funds, I will be removing them from this credit union. Consumer beware!

I am a long time, I mean lonnnnnngtime member of Pinnacle Federal Credit Union. Due to the merger with Garden Savings FCU, Iwas lost. I couldn't access my account, didn't remember my username, and alot more. After exhausting all my possibilities, with calling Pinnacle, I reached out, via phone,to GSFCU. I called 5X. The best position i received, fir being in the queue, was 156. 156! I'm thinking, when will I speak to someone? June? July? I left my voicemail. 5 of them. Moments later, I received a call from Adriana. She was unbelievably personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She is one of the best Customer Service Representatives, regardless of the business, that I have ever experienced. I had more questions. I left an additional 4 voicemail. Each one of them was followed up on, by calls from Adriana. I am so thankful , that GSFCU. has Adriana. She matches the exceptional service, that I have been receiving, over the past 45 years, with the wonderful folks at Pinnacle. Adriana is nothing short of AWESOME. Please let her know how much her efforts were appreciated. Give her a raise. Give her a promotion. Give her a car. But, please, take care of her. She, truly is, a gem.

I was involved in the transfer over from pinnacle bank to Garden savings recently.It was not easy.Then I received a call from Thais Andrade to help me with the process. She was wonderful with several of my problems and all were fixed but one. She promised to call back and help with the last problem too. She did call me back and was very kind and understanding.she should be recognized for her terrific job. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee. Sincerely , Mrs Roman👍🤗

The representatives are very knowledgeable and patient with me . They always inform me of new services and promos the bank is offering and stay on the phone with me until all my banking needs are met. I have been a member since 1991 and I am very satisfied with the treatment I receive at GSFCU.
