Wayne Meat Market is hands down one of the best butcher shops around! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is a cut above the rest (pun intended). The quality of their meats is absolutely outstanding—everything is fresh, expertly trimmed, and packed with flavor.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations or special requests. Whether you're looking for premium steaks, fresh poultry, or homemade sausage, they’ve got you covered. Their custom cuts and attention to detail really make a difference when you're preparing a meal.

You can visit their website to see their quality selection call them place the order and pick it up sometimes the same day or within 24 hrs call before 2pm. The meats are not on display as they cater to mostly wholesale delivery.

Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people. Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d'oeuvres (Gazpacho Shooter, Bison Steak Tartare etc.) during cocktail hour. “A very quick they got me in early. I was only picking up a few palettes pull around the side of the building sometimes there's A-line but there's usually still room to pull around. Docks are a little tight but not overall not bad no overnight parking.”
