“Most of AFR's business is with mortgage brokers like myself. They have a lot of specialized mortgage products that only a handful of lenders offer due to their complexity. Much of the negative experiance that I'm reading in these reviews has to do with mortgage brokers being educated/experienced in these programs. This results in the broker being reactive instead of proactive. I work with the FHA and VA Construction to Perm programs. It takes a lot of research and experience to set the right expectations and close timely on these loans.Having said that, yes AFR needs to work on communication internally and with it's brokers.”
