Worst service manager! He might be a tech who got promoted to be a manger but has no management skills. When checking in the service area it use to be so much fun now all you see is over worked staff and an unappreciated manger. Until Matt is gone I won’t be bring my car back. Audi you should
be a shamed of yourself that you would let someone destroy your service department by not only being unprofessional to your clients, but also to your staff.
This dealership is a boys club and they don’t want to change what the problem is.

I’ve been going to different dealerships and Paul miller has been the best experience I have by far. Justin was amazing and the team there was more than accommodating. We lease our new car there. It was a great experience and fast. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Angelo was an amazing salesperson to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the car and the features. He was quick, efficient and promised to have me out of there within an hour. Paul Miller Audi diagnosed and fixed my vehicle under extended warranty. I appreciate the rapid repair and also detailing the car before giving it back. John H. in Service was polite and professional throughout the process. No runaround or gimmics. Just an easy process in and out. Thank you and will be visiting again in the future for my Audi vehicle needs.

A coworker recommended Joseph from the sales team some months ago. I finally decided to go meet with Joseph and he was great. He was straight and to the point with all of his information. He was amazing with discussing the monthly payments, options and inventory. He ensured during the process that I understood all of what we discussed. I truly recommend Joseph and the Team at Paul Miller Audi.

!!Consumer Beware!!
UPDATE: After numerous months of attempting to contact the dealership about the recall on my Audi Q4 E-Tron, no response from ANY Paul Miller representative. There are numerous issues with the E-Tron vehicle platform, all centric around the charging of the vehicle. Faulty Chargers, Charger door won’t open, charging unit won’t release charger, car won’t fully charge… Do not buy a E-Tron , and especially do not buy one from Paul Miller Audi as they will not help you with any of the issues with their vehicles. They just want your money!

Seems odd to me that as a paying customer - Paul Miller Audi is unable to pick up the phone or return a voicemail. It’s especially concerning when the voicemail is in regards to a recall on one of their vehicles.
Throughout the lifespan of my lease with Paul Miller Audi, I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a high-quality dealership with proper customer support.

My 2nd time being here and this time with a 2 hours stay for regular maintenance service, my advisor Aaron King greeted me with professionalism and support, no bs or over sales, right to the point and he helped me start early as I arrived early in a workday. Cafe is nice and cozy, free coffee and bottled water, and more importantly free high speed Wi-Fi service. Overall I felt good about my experience this time.

I had a 5 star experience this weekend when I went to Paul Miller Audi to lease a new Q3. Everyone at Paul Miller Audi is friendly and professional, and you don’t feel like you’re being pressured into a purchase. This is my first lease and first brand new car and Binny helped me feel comfortable and make the best choice for me. Michael in finance was also super nice and made the “money-talk” less intimidating. This is my family’s second experience at Paul Miller and it’s safe to say that they will be our go-to dealership.
