I had always bed experience with this Parsippany location and before they moved from previous location everyone who work for Santander Bank at this location has a bad attitude no good service, at least they can give good service from the bestand I think they don’t need a customer that’s why always bad customer service on particular, this location I hope if the Santander Bank need more business so they need good management team ( if those employ they work with the attitude and give the bad service. Sorry I’m going to stop to this location and no more business for sent bank )

If it wasn’t for Linda and Dennis I would not be able to come to this branch. She always goes above and beyond for me and for that I couldn’t be more thankful. 10/10!

Denville, NJ Diamond Springs RoadNo decency or respect or common sense when it comes to treating elderly client that had just driven 1-1/2 hours to this location from another state because Santander would not allow paperwork to be done by mail.After 3 hours at bank processing paperwork no copy of anything was handed to the client. The staff member tries to sell more product. Elderly client then asks to use the bathroom. Not an unusual thing to ask. Staff member grimaces and says elderly person can go down the block and use the bathroom at Starbucks.Disgusted.Spoke to branch staff and the reason given is that they are not insured for someone other than employees to use their bathroom. Staff member also said that client looked fine to walk the distance.More disgusted.

I have been here for over 15 minutes and counting for an easy withdrawal. There is no lines. The computer is having problems pulling up my account and verification of my identity. I just pulled money out yesterday in massachusetts.Couldn't get my money. I'm pissed no more Santander for me ever.

I never had problem with this bank before, until today. I’m new to this town and I already had a bad experience with the manager Rafaelina. I will never come back. Thank you for wasting my time.

This branch is a nightmare. As an attorney my time is money, I was kept waiting for an hour and a half to cash in a c.d. I will be making a complaint to the department of banking and insurance. The c.d. was at a very low rate, when I called the bank I use for my business and asked them the rate and how long it would take to cash it in; the manager knew exactly which bank did this to me. She stated they were trying to hold on to my c.d. Not only did they lose that I immediately transferred my personal account to a real bank. They should get zero stars.

Our governor announced that banks would be helping borrowers. Called the bank in Cedar Grove today and Lawrence told me that to date they are doing nothing to help out. How terrible is that? All other banks are given 3 month deferments, etc. When is Santander going to get on board and help the people who are clients of this bank?
