“I needed a new battery fast! I knew Pep Boys sells parts and does service so I called them. They had free towing within ten miles, gave me an estimate over the phone and accepted an online coupon for free battery installation. From time of pick up to completion was one hour!!! Who does that??? GREAT SERVICE! The store manager, Vincent, was extremely nice as well. They’ve got my business.”

“Lenny saved the day!!! I am unemployed and therefore driving uber until I can obtain another job in my clinical research profession. I came to Mavis in Rockaway desperately needing tires for my SUV! Yes, all four! I was apprehensive due to prior quotes being extremely costly; ranging from~ $1250! Lenny found an all weather tire that was $627.00 for all 4!!! Talk about relief! Then they through in a wheel alignment and notified me that the Mavis website had a coupon for $35 off! I thank God I prayed and came here! I was able to finance the entire amount and am able to comfortable pay it off in 6 months (interest free)! God is good and thank you Lenny/Mavis!!”

“I brought my vehicle into Goodyear Auto Service after my check engine light came on, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Brian, the manager, was professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find management that truly cares about both customer service and quality work, and Brian absolutely delivered on both. I also want to recognize the tech who worked on my vehicle. Seeing the professionalism, care, and attention to detail he put into the job made me proud as customer. “Their service was beyond amazing. Was struggling to decide brand of tire to go with for my EV, reviews were mixed depending where I searched. They were knowledgeable explaining differences, and verified the one I was thinking was the best choice. Only had them a few days, but car handles so much better, can not wait to see how they handle snow.”

“Dear Fred, I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks for the outstanding service you provided to my daughter. As a parent, knowing she’s living out of state comes with its own set of worries—and having someone like you who treats her car (and her well-being) with such care brings tremendous peace of mind. Your honesty, professionalism, and kindness mean more than words can express. It’s rare to find a mechanic who not only delivers great work but also earns such deep trust. I’m truly grateful for all you’ve done and hope you know how much it’s appreciated by both of us. Warm regards, Vince and Alexis D”

“I needed a tire for my Honda Accord, found this business on Google and liked the reviews! and they ordered the tire and installed it at a fair price, no up selling, no drama, no games, I felt they are simple, honest and professional! They tend to be very busy, it's best to call ahead and schedule your work if possible! What I learned from my visit by looking at the wall certificates, thank you letters (on the wall) and talking to an employee is: Dave is retired, he is a firefighter and known of donating to schools, saving lives.. etc. he seems to be a very good caring man! I think he is the owner!”
