I used this company back in like 2002, and had no problems with them. To the last person who wrote a review: Many companies charge an "evaluation fee' for assessing your repair. The fee is charged if you do not choose to use their services, and this is a small fee to cover the cost of them troubleshooting the problem. Many, if not all companies that do this, credit you the evaluation fee, should you select them to do the repair. Anyone who doesn't charge you the fee is probably just hiding it in your final bill. I'm happy that businesses like this are still around. You wont get better customer service at some big box store, from someone who has no vested interest in helping you, other than to keep their job.

This vendor doesn't even deserve one star. Like the previous review stated...we were charged an upfront fee for $59. He quoted us a $400 repair fee so we decided not to proceed and I told him we would get the TV. My husband went there and did not know what to do with this TV so he took the brackets for our wall mount that were still attached to the TV and came home. An hour after he left the shop we called this guy back to tell him we want to pick up the TV...we were thinking about taking it somewhere else since he sounded shady. He refused to give us the TV back....lying that he is not sure if the TV is still there, then he was pretending he was somebody else....yelled at us and hang up. I ended up calling the police and am going there tomorrow with a police escort to get the TV.

Worst customer service, they charged $50 upfront then if you decide not to get your electronic fixed there (for whatever reason), you're out of $50. He was extremely blunt about going elsewhere and that he didn't need the hassle, saying he had other customers. Never again am I going there.
