The postal people don’t deliver the circulars anymore. This happened about three months ago and it’s I went and complained to the lake Hiawatha post office and then they started.
Now it’s starting again they’re not delivering any of the circulars just laziness !

Michelle is the best!! The service here is always great and the staff are so respectful. I don’t understand what these other reviews are talking about, because the ladies here are extremely nice and helpful!

Friendly and quick service for passport application, the staff is nice and welcoming. The place is easy to find, not crowded, plenty of parking.

Michelle is angelic. Holy moly what a wonderful lady. Went here after the Pine Brook post office people were such assholes about giving me my passport because I wrote in blue ink. Told me I didn’t have time to fix it. thxxxxx michelle 🙏

I came in to send out a return I had, the manager from the bat was giving me attitude for not knowing how to go about it. I had my bubble mailer from the package I received with my old label on it. He was acting like I should know all this. I don’t usually have to buy the shipping label, I usually use QR codes or have the return label printed. It was just very unnecessary, yes I matched his energy. But there was no reason for that. Also his employee chimed in when I was letting him know he was rude, and he wasn’t there from the beginning, so I told him that he doesn’t know cause he wasn’t there, sticking up for him as if he’s perfect. No I just matched his energy. These people are grown adults, they need to act like it.

We had bad experience with passport process. Women were rude and didn't stop for few minutes to tell us what we need. She was walking away. Then when we did walk in appointment, she denied a paper work that it was copy even though it is original. Now we have to waste time rescheduling for passport.

I would’ve gave zero stars, I don’t have good English and yesterday I went to Post Office in Lake Hiawatha and I was filling out a document for my babys passport and I ask for help for some questions but she didn’t help us.

Exceptionally lethargic, unhelpful, and outright hilarious. I sent a letter certified mail to a magistrate. However, this letter contained an incorrect motion I wanted to file with the court (this is my first time being a plaintiff in a court case). When trying to intercept the letter by using the USPS portal, you must enter the first and last name of the person at the ORIGINAL DESTINATION. I tried to explain to the knucklehead postmaster (who immediately overwhelmed me with an aura of lethargy and dismissiveness) that the magistrate's name is not coming up in the portal, and you cannot write "Hon. John J. Smith" in the fields on the portal--the postmaster IMMEDIATELY told me "there's nothing I can do." Infuriating. Turns out, I discovered on my own that MY ADDRESS WAS INITIALLY LISTED AS THE ORIGINAL DESTINATION! LOL! You cannot make this stuff up. What a circus. Your package/letter might end up in Moldova if you come here. If I performed like this in my professional role, I'd be terminated immediately.

I feel like the employees who work at this specific post office are in “post office detention.” It’s like all the really dumb post office workers get sent here to work. My wife went to mail a package and they said that because it was in a “priority express” box that we got a different package in that she would have to pay the fees for that. They said it would cost more. She got off the line and went to get a box and they made her get back on the line that was 7 people deep. After 27 minutes…that is right - you read that correctly, twenty-seven minutes…she got back up to the front of the line. A different employee helped her and guess what…the new box and the “cheaper” shipping method was $2 MORE. So we wasted over a half hour of our lives at this purgatory of a post office. I would rather cut my eyeballs out than ever go there again.

All the ladies at the post office are wonderful. Always so pleasant and helpful even when I had to mail out 51 letters by certified mail! Thank you for all you do!

Listen, I don’t know if it’s because I’m from Texas and I’m used to people being polite and respectful, or if I catch the employees on a bad day every time I go, but my goodness these people are RUDE. No smiles, no courtesy, and hardly even any attention. They speak in the most annoyed, monotone voices or snarl commands at you like you’re an illiterate toddler, it’s insane. I literally dread going there, and only go when I absolutely have to. Anyway, if you’re in need of a post office and want to stop at this one, good luck.
