On June 30. 3025 - I went into the store I had a question about my phone the person that was working at the desk looked like he woke up.on the wrong side of the bed. Didn't even offer to help me - really unprofessional and rude.

I went to the store for help withy phone the gentleman there had no interest in helping me. He didn't even look at my phone he said they're not tech support. I was also going to purchase an accessory for my phone. He was only interested in seeing if I was eligible for an upgrade, which I am then he insisted on telling me my phone was over 3 years old when I told him it wasn't. I told him the other Verizon store helped me with an issue I was having. He was very rude and unprofessional. If I was going to start new service I wouldn't do it there

These guys literally lied about my price I’d pay on my preorder and then I payed anyway decided to hand me my phone tell me it’s activated (still in the box) and take my service off my original phone. It’s been 3 days! And they haven’t activated my new phone which is all paid for. They just keep bouncing me to different people. I am reporting this Verizon store
UPDATE! NOTHIMG HAS BEEN.FIXED ON.TBIS VERIZON STIRES END THEY HAVE BEEM SCAMMIMG AND LEGAL ACTION IS BEIMG TAKEN WILL UPDATE IN.THE FUTURE

Don’t do it! The manager Mario has promised me a refund since September. 8 months later and 6 trips back to the store and still no refund. Horrible!

Doris from Lake Hiawatha, NJ was amazing. Went through all phone line options and why she felt upgrading our lines would be beneficial based on our situation. She went through the math with us (did all the math on paper so I could visualize plan changes). Doris went the extra mile, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to chat with.

Sanjib Das provided excellent service when I purchased my new phone. He even stayed after his shift was over to complete my transaction, and checked in with me at home to make sure there were no issues with my new phone. When I returned to the store the next day with some questions about my new phone, he patiently answered them, even though the store was busy and he was working alone. All in all, he was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with!

Sales guy talked me into the expensive Puregear protector because of the 1 year free replacement warranty. They refused to help when it broke, they only sell them.. Puregear will send a free one for $13. What a scam.

My husband bought a phone at this location. The battery will not hold a charge. It is defective. The salesman would not take the phone back. He told my husband to call Verizon. Verizon told him that he could return the phone for a new one at any store. My husband went back to the Lake Hiawatha location and the salesman said that there is $50 restocking fee. What kind of garbage is this? You sell a defective product and now you charge $50 to exchange it. THIS IS A SCAM!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
