“Long story short: skip the big box stores and go here, you won't regret it... Outstanding family owned business with great pricing and customer service!Long story long: I had an appliance break and needed it same-day. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and PC Richards first and they didn't have anything in stock and weren't even able to give me a timeline for delivery. I was lucky enough to find Jem on Google... not only did they have a good selection actually on their premises but their pricing was good as well. The customer service was great and I was able to even deal directly with one of the members of the family that owns the business. Where can you really find that these days? The buying process was quick and easy, no pressure, no drama. Zelle, check, or cash is preferred. I don't believe they install but they do deliver to a pretty extensive area. Not the easiest location to find but definitely worth it. Give them a call, support a great local family business!”
“Orange Vacuum Center is terrific. I could not recommend this service more. I brought my Hoover vacuum to them for maintenance on February 4, 2025 and I was very pleased with the work that was done. The price was great also. Very reasonable.
The employee who I spoke with, named Mohammed, is a very nice man and he does his job very well. It is nice to know that in today's throwaway society that businesses that do repairs and/or maintenance still exist. If you are in need of such services for your vacuum, I have no doubt Orange Vacuum Center will do as good a job for you as they did for me.”

“This a a great store to see operational high end appliances--- the sales people are honest and not pushy ( esp. Lisbeth-- extremely honest and a wealth of knowledge)-- Moreover, certain nights this location does in depth presentations of wolf equipment which helps to clarify how this equipment actually works-- The test question was incredible-- five star on every level --Chef Ann Marie ( wolf corporate chef) was a gem of the showroom, as she led a four course pairing menu that was tasty and memorable --Very professional organization--- clearly a five star company..”

“Ordered cabinets for rental unit. Dealt with Jane Eyre Machado , she was fantastic. Spent time designing and pricing cabinets. Her knowledge was deep and vast about designing and finding the proper kitchen cabinets. Recommend that you see Jane when you need to order cabinets.”
“I had to ask for help finding an item. The staff member was a bit rude at first but I think they way I handled it by not reacting and still giving respect changed his attitude. At the end he looked up my item in the computer and went as far as walking me to it, asked if I needed a cart, etc. At the end all turned out great. I left with all my item and a smile. Yes I would return as the place is clean and they have most things in stock.”
