Definitely 0 stars if it were an option. This establishment is unprofessional and has my husband considering closing his account because of the horrible experience. John the manager is super unprofessional and wouldn’t deposit our check that we received from our mortgage company for mitigation. Before my husband even entered the bank because we were going to do a mobile deposit we called to make sure that we could deposit it that way. The representative on the phone was so kind and helpful telling us we can deposit at the atm or teller but not mobile due to the amount. Whenever he went in the past to deposit anything for us we never had an issue with depositing a check for the both of us as long as both signatures were on it. John gave my husband a very hard time saying I needed to be there and to show my ID and we need a joint account for it to be deposited and if he tried to deposit the check at the atm it would be rejected meanwhile my husband has me on the phone and FaceTime is a thing to be able to show him whatever documentation he needed. My husband has been a customer of Bank Of America for 19 years and has never had managers like John treat him as though he’s a criminal for simply trying to repair damages for our home. I need to speak to corporate with the way that he just walked off on my husband as if he just knew that my husband was some type of scammer and this was not legit. Mind you the check had three names on it from the insurance company. It was our names and our mortgage company who just sent us back for them to endorse it on their end so they don’t loose value in the property. To be turned away simply because John didn’t want to be liable for the check bouncing only because he said I could’ve said I didn’t want the check deposited with my signature on it and me being on FaceTime to show my id and or willing to email him a picture in real time of my id is just blasphemy. John needs to take some classes that shows him how to treat customers as well as not stereotype a black man trying to deposit a check into his account with a willing wife that already spoke with a rep prior. Just hurt and disgusted my husband waisted time going there on his way to work feeling disrespected because John and the original teller were racist from the start.

I went this morning 02/03/24 to do a cash advance transfer, I was skeptical because the reviews but it was so close to my job I went anyway. My experience was great I was greeting upon walking in and serviced in seconds. Nobody had an attitude everyone was all smiles and I was in and out.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I’ve been banking with this particular location for over 30 years and the quality of service has plummeted. Diana and Paulina have no clue what they are doing while acting like the know what they are doing managing peoples money. They gave me such a hard time to complete a simple task, I wasted 3 hours only to get nothing done. I will now allot time and my efforts towards finding another bank to bank with.

Talk about horrible customer service. I went into the branch and was taken in by Sumedha. She didn’t even have the decency to greet me or say hello or how I am doing ? My chair was in the way and instead of saying excuse me when walking by, she would just walk right past you as close as possible. These are basic manners. How are you working at a customer oriented role and don’t have the manners or training to greet your customer that are paying you to keep YOUR own money in the bank?! I would rather be greeted by an AI at this point. When I typed in my ssn, she would say it out loud with no sense of privacy or security. How are these people getting jobs here ??? Please train your employees bofa or have more stringent requirements when hiring. For what’s it worth, the rest of the employees there seemed okay.

I'm so sorry that I forgot to ask for the two ladies names so I could write this, but I got fabulous help from both of them doing a euro exchange. It was a bit of a hassle and a few people had to get involved but they were so kind/happy and patient the entire time! Thank you so much!

Needed help to retrieve or change my pin number. Being told everyone is busy for the next 90 minutes. Really!!!! Bank of America needs to do something about the management there, if they care about their clients.

Place sucks. 3 days to set up online banking. Done in 10 minutes at TD bank . What a joke
