Convenient location but never opens on time. This is my second time trying to stop in before work but the lights are off inside. The large sign by the door says they open at 8am everyday. I’m writing this at 8:10am and lights are still off and door still locked, there’s always multiple people waiting outside past 8am. Wow as I’m writing this the employees are just now walking up and opening the store. At 8:12am.

Have used as UPS access point only to be disappointed by lack usefulness esp by a staff member. They never want to help when trying to pickup a package. Today the clerk has me go behind the counter to look. Clearly that isn't something that supposed to happen.

like many others, this is a review for the pharmacy. absolutely unhelpful. i had my prescription sent here and they said they are in back order and won't have my prescription until 10 days later when i need to start taking it this week. i asked for an alternative generic brand that they had on stock and they refused. they said i can try and look for another pharmacy that has the brand written on my scrip, doesn't even try to offer to check what other cvs may have in stock (not to mention they were extremely rude and speaking to me as if i was 5 years old). i went to the cvs pharmacy inside the target nearby and they gave me zero issues giving me a different generic brand they had in stock - the conversation was less than 60 seconds. this is seriously the worst pharmacy with the most unhelpful people for something that involves the health of others, really unfortunate. save yourself the trouble and just don't go here.

I stopped using CVS pharmacy altogether after switching to this pharmacy location. They are awful. They said they didn’t have my prescription and they wouldn’t forward or help me find another cvs that did. I went to another and they were shocked and told me that location should have transferred my prescription and they CAN look up which location had my inhaler in stock. I also witnessed the employees in the pharmacy snickering and being outright rude to customers. I don’t know how any of them are employed.

Over the past 4 years of me picking up medication here there have been 20+ times where they have messed up my prescriptions wether it’s saying they don’t have it when they do, charging me for things my insurance covers, and/or sending text message alerts to the wrong number when my meds were ready. I have made so many efforts to fix these issues but they always end up reoccurring even after they were “fixed”

This CVS is so convenient being near my job but after using the pharmacy several times and having at least a 3-5 hour wait for a simple prescription I am shocked anyone goes there!! Oh and don't bother calling they don't answer the phone or call you back. Terrible

Worst place to get your Rx filled. Longer than usual wait time. They may be understaffed.That doesn’t preclude me from leaving a negative review for the service

The store manager of this CVS was very helpful. She helped me locate an item, as well as ensure I was getting the best price by checking my card for coupons. She was cleaning and re-organizing while made time for her customers with a kind voice and smile.
