I have been traveling for over 40 years and have never been bitten by bed bugs. However, I have had over 20 bites, and the staff seems to not care.
All the trash cans were overflowing, and when I got to my room, there was no TV box. I tried to use the phone to call the desk, but they did not pick up. I had to go to the desk to request a TV converter box and wait for it.
I feel sorry for the next person who uses my room; they will get bitten.
I'm surprised a company like Wyndham would allow such poor conditions to exist.
This is my last time at any Wyndham hotels as they do not seem to care about the customer, only about making money.

This hotel is very filthy, the elevator, carpets, and bed had stains, I had to go to Walmart and buy a sheet to put on the bed. The lobby ceiling paint is peeling, and the washer and dryer are broken. I had bags of trash piled up outside of my door. Looks like this hotel has longtime residents as well and we were placed amongst them. Every night you can smell marijuana in the hallway even though it was non-smoking. To make matters worse, some of the people living in this hotel seem very shady, up to no good. The front desk staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. My husband and I asked to be put in a better room as the room we were given looked nothing like the one Expedia showed. The hotel blames expedia, stating that people come there expecting a different room. We were charged an additional $249.00 for the room we were supposed to have in the first place. The next morning front desk called 6:00am asking what we were doing in that room, how did we got in there (horrible) the other manager didn't update the system. Expedia wasn't very helpful with this horrific experience. We are still waiting 20 days later for the additional $249.00 we had to pay. I am very appalled that Expedia has this Days Inn on their list. Shame on them.

Scammers will they will charge 30$ per night extra on top of your bill or will put u in a smoking room. They will not honor their mistake on their side of the end about the booking. Horrible experience extremely rude to all the guests. Everyone who came in the hotel has the same experience. Got my money back from Hotwire and went to the holiday inn close by

Alot of fun. Alot of people have fun with . Wink wink. I looked great. All the boys loved me. Staff was night . Free breakfast was good. Enjoyed . It's what you pay for folks. Not the Trump tower. It's a motel on a highway kinda in the boonies. But it's good

Dirty stairways and corridors, room ok but it is very simple.
It is a one star hotel. The lady in checkout was rude.

First of all, you’ll be lucky if someone answers the front desk phone. I called them to tell them that I was charged 2x for my overnight stay last weekend. $100.30 on Nov 9 of which I have the receipt. But then another $100 on Nov 10 was taken from my card. The person who answered the phone told me that it’s for a missing blanket from the room, that I”stole a blanket “. I have never stolen from anyone in my whole life. Days Inn Parsippany, NJ just charge $100 without informing me.
We have been Club Wyndham owners since 2014. I used that Days Inn because we have points but not enough. So I paid $100.30 plus 3,000 points.
But it was so awful to be accused of stealing. When in fact it was them who stole $100 from my card!!! Maybe what happened to me happens to their other customers thinking that charges in credit card will not be checked. It might be their tactic on how to get more money from innocent customers.
The room where we stayed had a particular bad smell, the pillows were so old, the staff don’t answer the phone.
The whole experience with this hotel was so unacceptable and should be reported to the business bureau.

I reserve an non smoking room. When we got there smoking was allowed on our room. The bed sheet was full of cigaret burn holes. The place was not clean, smelled horrible, it was absolutely disgusting. I paid 180 + fees and tax for one night. Once we got there we went to front desk trying to find a solution. We ask if we can get a non smoking room and they said all room are smoke in. WHY THEY HAVE AN OPTION TO SELECT WHETHER YOU CAN GET A NON-SMOKING ROOM OR SMOKE IN, IF ALL ROOM ARE SMOKE IN. They did not try at all, in another word if you don't like it, go. I called My third party agency to tell them if they are able to get a refund due to that they could not provide me with what I ask for on the reservation. They contacted the hotel to work something out and they rudely said no refund was going to be done, as they have a non refundable policy. I decided to reach out to see if I can have a profesional and honest conversation with them and they rudely told me no refund. They lack of professionalism is unacceptable. They lied on what they agreed to provide you and then they said is not refundable. Sound to me like they are professional scammer. The manager would not reach out to you. And whenever you call there is million of excuses. Is so obvious, one agent says call back around a certain time to get in contacted with the manager and when you call at that time another agents says he is not available. Apparently the guy is always on vacation or not at the hotel. So unprofessional!!!!!!

HOTEL IS RUN DOWN.....LOCATION IS HARD TO ACCESS FROM THE ADJACENT STREET. OUTSIDE ELECTRONIC ACCESS SYSTEM NOT FUNCTIONING ALLOWING ANYONE ACCESS TO THE HOTEL...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND REASON I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY THERE

Booked online through Expedia.Arrived at hotel on 10/23/24. Pictures are deceiving. Price good, hotel subpar! When confronted, Hotel clerk would not answer when asked if facility had bed bugs. He refused to answer me. He finally did answer me after several minutes of asking him the same question. He said yes! We cancelled the room, left & then called Expedia from the parking lot & they refunded the entire amount after they verified with the hotel that it had bed bugs.we then scrambled to call & find another hotel. We found a well known reputable upscale hotel nearby. DO NOT stay at this Days Inn unless you want to bring critters home with you! As we left the parking lot, felt really bad for all the cars that were parked there.

We always check the room before bringing our bags inside. Took seconds to find the bed bugs. I took it to the front desk, he brushed it onto the floor (didn't kill it), offered a refund.

DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT book a room at this hotel. The key upon entry to the room does not work had to swipe it about 4 to 5 times each time we went back to the room to get in the door upon entering the room reeked of urine. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The shower head was Rusty the toilet seat was dirty the shower floor was disgusting roaches in the bathroom the refrigerator did not work the breakfast was mediocre to say the least the front desk was so rude. The garbage outside the front of the hotel where you're unable to park or you will be towed and they don't let you know that. The pictures online are not what this place looks like in real life. The worst experience I've ever had. do yourself and your family a favor and book somewhere else. if you try to make a complaint or want to be moved to a new room they don't accommodate you. Worst experience ever!!!!!
Rooms: Reek of urine, have roaches, carpets are stained showers are dirty refrigerator don't work
Food and drinks: Breakfast consists of cereal oatmeal bagels toast waffles orange juice apple juice coffee tea that's it
Noteworthy details: Garbage overflowing outside front entrance hotel weeks of urine roaches back of hotel garbage overflowing front desk clerk is rude and when you complain she gets ruder and loud

This place is a garbage shute, tried to check in early the lady at the front desk wanted to act like she didn't understandwhat I asked. I came back about an hour later. I Was able to check in however I was asked if I wanted smoking or non I asked for non. The reply I receiv3d was "we have none available" why did you ask me then if you knew that. Once I stepped in my room it was nasty. Blood or poo marks on the bathroom wall, 3 to 4 black soot looking stains on the towels. The bed had black hair in it and I don't have black hair. Potential bed bugs because I kept waking up itching and also noticed bite marks on my back. They did not even come to clean the room the next day. Horrible experience, shows no pride only looking for cheap options for their guests.
