It was awesome they picked me up when I needed a rental car, never heard of that before that was great. I need the car for close to a month. They never bothered me once when I was done I dropped the car off walked in and he said have a nice day. That was it couldn’t have been easier definitely using them again😊😊 THANK YOU !!

People!!!! My experience with Enterprise Rental Cars was excellent. The office in Parsippany New Jersey is run like a well oiled machine.
Both the Manager Ben and Elvis his associate treated me with strong empathy and guidance.
If you’re in a need for a vehicle rental stop by the Parsippany office, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy pickup, as usual, friendly & professional. Any rep who picked up the phone had my account info at their fingertips and every call was seamless. Reminded me when my insurance coverage was about to lapse. Best of all, I was able to return the vehicle to another location, just down the road from the dealership where I bought my new car. Oh, and the car was great, too, and very clean.

I rented a car and drove from Central Florida and returned it here. Elvis was not only a consummate professional but it was a rough trip and he was incredibly kind to listen me vent a bit while doing the return process. Personality can go a long way to having customers return and even with several Enterprise offices are closer to me, if Elvis is still there I will always rent from this location.

The team was very helpful when my vehicle was being repaired at a collision center. They picked me up and dropped me off so that I never had to coordinate a ride or Uber. Also, calling the number directly, someone that actually worked there picked up the phone and made it simple for the rental process. I am grateful for this level of customer service.

Aside from getting a nice car and rates are great, the besr part is the Excellent customer service from start to finish. Process was quick + convenient. They even dropped me back off after rental.

I’ve rented from this location several times in the past. I also have upcoming reservations with the Parsippany location which made me think to write a review! I am always satisfied with how friendly the staff is and customer service oriented they are. I’ve never had an issues with my rental process and they follow up to make sure my needs were met. It is a location I feel confident to continuously rent with. Thank you!

I had a reservation by my insurance. The guy from the place called me the day before and told me that there wouldn’t be any vehicle available before 5:30 the next day but later on he told me that he’s going to give me a car 8:30 in the morning so I can drop off my vehicle to the body shop, so I had to take two hours off from work and I did drop the car already to the body shop and I took an Uber and went all the way to this place to get my car as they said the night before but when I get here, the guy at this reception with a black hat extremely rude And instead of an apology or apologizing, very rudely is telling me he cannot help me whatsoever. I have to come back at 5:30 while it was them who asked me to come at 8:30 for my reservation and get the car. The guy after him who came at the reception he was nicer than the first one, but the one who helped me was extremely rude and had no training or customer service skills whatsoever. I will never go to this location again.
