I go to Home Depot every first Saturday of the month. My sons love to do builder workshops. The employee that works here is Jeff. He's very helpful and always has a smell on his face. All you need to do is get there early, it has lots of kids.

Their self check out is not self checkout. You have to wait for an attendant to open the self checkout lane and then scan all your items. It makes zero sense. I asked why as I was more than capable of checking myself out, and the response was “I don’t know, it’s just my job.” I could understand if the answer was “oh we have a lot of theft” or “customers can be confused by the system” but to say “I don’t know”…very odd. Best part was when I looked at my receipt I saw the attendant missed two of my items. So I had to wait for an attendant to come back over to reopen the lane and then scan the missed items. Everyone behind me in line was clearly annoyed, as this meant they too needed to wait. Self checkout is supposed to make the check out process more stream lined; if this Home Depot is missing the mark on that, makes one think what else they could be doing wrong.

I went there for a tool rental. There was one staff (Flo), she was the most bullying person I ever experienced in my whole life. She is the most rudest person i ever encountered in my whole life.Normally homedepot is my favorite place to go and I never experienced anything like this in my entire life. Again, in my whole life experience home depot is always 5* to me, except this one staff.

Got my tree.the only thing is they were very expensive. They use to have all sizes reasonable. Now even the small ones cost too much.the thin xmall ones were 59.00.

Walked around the store for 45 minutes for someone to get me 4 bags of mulch with a forklift which was located on the top shelf outside. Nobody could help me and the manager finally appeared who then took his time to walk around talking to other employees about credit card transactions. Keep in mind I was following around the store like a puppy dog. I finally just walked out as I was losing daylight to finish my project. Time is money and you will lose both at this store. Montville is the only home depot that seems to be helpful.

Great place for all your appliances and what you need!Great service by the women working there! I felt very comfortable with them! They helped me with an online order pickup In-store.I initially had an issue with two cashier men/ front desk men who were no help at all, BUT Gisella, Kinga, Shellyan, and Alvi fixed the issue instantly! They made my day.The customer service desk rocks!!?Other employees could learn from them☺️

I am very disappointed in Home Depot's promise to deliver policy. We bought appliances with the understanding our delivery time would be between 12:30 - 4:30 pm. I received no communication and decided to call the customer service number around 4:15 pm that we were given. The woman could not be any kinder in helping us. We were #13 on the list and I was told they still had 2 more deliveries. This is now 5pm. Needless to say, no delivery was made. The solution was for us now to miss work and they would try a different day. We were supposed to hear back and never got a call back. I will be canceling this order and will definitely think twice before ordering other appliances from them in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased an outdoor dining table at the customer service desk. We were assisted by an employee by the name of Gisella. She was very helpful in guiding us through the purchasing process. She was extremely patient as my wife and I had a number of questions for her and she politely and professionally answered our all of our questions. Thank you Gisella for a job well done.

I always had a good experience at this store but the experience today makes me want to give negative stars. An employee was extremely rude,blamed me for a mark his fellow colleague made, wouldnt help me when i asked directions. I asked him to cut a few pieces of wood as I didnt know how to cut them myself. The employee wanted to know why i cant do it myself. I always went to the same store and someone always cut the wood for me. Now if the policies have changed and they cant cut them, then the staff can be trained to let me know that instead of being rude and offensive . Hate to leave a bad review for one persons attitude, but cant help it. This employee definitely needs some training on treating people well. Or leave a sign outside saying buy lumber at home depot only if you know how to operate the saw.
