I had to get the 3-hour gestational diabetes test and I must say the staff are very friendly. I feel bad for the staff as the public were angry and impatient. The staff never were rude back; they literally just took the abuse.
Unfortunately, there are no appointments available online for atleast 2-weeks for routine lab work so many people have to do walk-in appointments which causes a long wait time. (And people are not happy about it.)
I would say stickers on the floor to explain that you have to wait in the big waiting area would be helpful. People don’t understand they have to wait in the hall-area and then go to the lab room area.

I got in early to get blood work done place was mobbed ,signed in on keyosk then we to reception, gave my number to the lady {new number} so just to make sure I got it correct I went back to reception to just confirm the one attending women got very snippy with me not good !!! Well waiting on a text to goo in I’ll text s review on that as well. As a business owner right off understaffed 100% well second half was no better I would not send my worst enemy, that’s putting it mildly bunch of idiots !!!!

I’m a paramedic, and I’ve experienced nothing but excellent, quick, and supportive service from LabCorp in Parsippany. They have my full confidence as a medical provider, especially as being one myself.

I love this labcorp. the staff are always very kind. Today the place was mobbed and the staff consisted of 2 people who were still extremely pleasant. I felt so bad for them

To pick up a test kit, took 30+ minutes, but had to be pushy to make it out in that time even. At drop off, over 60+ people in a single waiting room, most of course standing and crowded next to each other. Had to beg them to just let me drop off, took another.30 minutes plus. Please, do yourself a favor. Go to another LabCorp location if you must, or find another lab like Summit Medical Group. No one should have to experience this.

Horrible experience waited over an hour no seating for anyone will never come back here. I guess their 2.7 star rating speaks for itself, spare yourself and don’t come here. (Written October 2024)

I had a frustrating experience at LabCorp. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making the visit stressful for both me and my son. I would not recommend this location based on their poor attitude. The staff's attitude was not friendly to provide a care for a patient.

I had a very disappointing experience at LabCorp with my son. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation worse. We felt unwelcome and dismissed. I wouldn't recommend this location based on how we were treated.
I wish I can give 0 star to this location.

It’s pathetic experience. Don’t come there in the morning if you don’t have the need to. I waited for 1hr 40 mins with the walk in. Not enough chairs to sit. Chaotic. They should deploy more centers if they want to continue run this monopoly business.
Further they have taken an incorrect reading of the blood pressure and uploaded to my insurance portal. The BP instrument failed many times to work when they used, the machine was hanging, and the staff somehow took a number from the instrument and noted down. Now after the report got uploaded to the portal only I noticed it was incorrect, and when I ask they say once uploaded the incorrect data, they can't do anything from their end to update the report!
I would never visit this one for sure again!

I would like to thank the phlebotomist today for taking great care of my father. Her name was Brianna she was very efficient, professional and got him on the 1st try. Didn’t appreciate the wait time in the front but the front desk girl was also very sweet.

I just had a lovely experience here. There was almost no weight when I got there. I was a walk-in. Reggie was very helpful and helping me get an updated script for my doctor. The person who took my blood was incredibly gentle and very sweet. I was a little reticent when I saw many bad reviews this place had but I had a great experience today

OK, so 1 start is the lowest?
I've had the worst customer experience with these people on multiple occasions. I get my blood drawn regularly for testing I've used this location about 5 times and will never use it again. Maybe another in better?
My experience so far:
You walk in and no one is at the desk, the system is down but they don't have anything or anyone to tell you to manually sign-in. They finally come out and are almost indigent that no-one knew to manually signed in. Even though you've signed in online and the sign and their boards all show you are signed in. When their system is up, you tell them the doctor sent the lab request over and they never find it and you need to call the the doctor to have them fax it over which delays they appointment that you scheduled online.
