Every time I go in everyone is very helpful. Most times I speak with Jordan and he is always for pleasant to speak with. Today a different person helped me that I haven’t dealt with before and he was very helpful as well and whoever fixed my car. I stopped in after work not expecting to have my car fixed today but they were able to assist in a timely manner so I do not have to return a different day. I appreciate the customer service they provide when I go there.

This is the 3rd time getting my car serviced here. They do a great, thorough job and are fully transparent with the service provided/expected outcome. They are even considerate to explore the most cost effective options. Jordan helped me this most recent visit and was very helpful, trustworthy, and took the time to make sure I had the most conclusive report of my car.

I arrived on time as per the appointment but the mechanic arrived about 20 minutes late. I was told it would take 2 hours but took less than one and I felt I was overcharged given how quick and easy the job was. Check in and check out were very efficient.

Jordan was very friendly and helpful. The second employee that rung me up was also very nice but I didn't catch his name. My car is running well and I'm happy with my experience. I would definitely return and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a convenient mechanic.
