“Amazing and incredibly clean facility. Whole thing is air controlled. Staff are the nicest you will find anywhere!!! Super easy to order and rent a unit. Could not ask for better!!!!”
“I highly recommend Monroe Moving. Not only were they professional but quick and tidy. Honestly probably one of the best moving services I've used over the years. And they are reasonably affordable.”
“Neil is a great manager and a great guy. He knows his stuff, and was completely accommodating when helping me transfer to a new unit. That stuff builds customer loyalty. I’ll be using Extra Space for a long time.”

“The facility is easily accessible and meticulously kept. Most importantly the people there are so pleasant and professional. Kudos to Nancy and Wayne for always being knowledgeable l, helpful and nice!”
“Sergio is awesome. Really helped me out which keeps me at Extra Space
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Fairfield.
Again, Thank You guys
This is an addendum to my first review this one is dated 6-2-26;
I am repeatedly being impressed by your associate Sergio. He helped me solve an issue by going above and beyond my expectations. While there are many competing storage companies in the neighborhood with some of them offering more “perks” none of the have Sergio which is much more valuable than a price or a perk. Please pass along my comments to Sergio for being an exemplary employee and a trusted and valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. As I stated previously he is why I continue to be a customer of Extra Space Storage.
Thanking you in advance

“Stopped in to get information on units. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to rent today. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He helped us with everything from start to finish. Thank you Mike”
“Clean location, easily navigable with reasonable parking and prices. Ed is a phenomenal help for any questions you may have on your account and can always assist.”
“Heather at the self storage facility was outstanding. Her knowledge of the units, pricing, and process made everything quick and easy. She answered all our questions clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
Excellent customer care — professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend working with Heather!”
“Walter was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the process and with helping us to purchase a rental unit. Happy we made the switch from our current rental space!”
“facility is clean & cool, the unit is got was on the 2nd floor (which is carpeted to reduce noise & echoes)
staff was friendly & accommodating
I did my initial reservation over the phone while I was driving in route to the facility, so paperwork was practically done once I got there. visual inspection, signatures & payment took less than 15 minutes.”

“The moment I walked in Nina greeting with positive energy. She was professional and welcoming the entire time. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained.”
“Emerald is truly a Gem to work with. . Fair, straight forward and easy to deal with. Oddly though, as a Taurus, she takes no bull. Great place to store your treasures.”
“Moving is actually a traumatic experience even when we are excited for the new home. No matter how organized you are, it is never not stressful. In setting up my unit rental, I must have called back Roberto 20 times to ask for info bc brain was so scattered. I felt like I could take a breath after he eased my worries and remained patient and encouraging with me.
I recently visited the location to obtain some items that were packed too far back in my Tetris stacked belongings. I have to transfer to a larger unit so that I can access my things when needed. Roberto and Luis could see how distressed I was and drove over to make sure I was ok. They actually had me in tears bc their lack of judgement and willingness to help me get thru this whole moving process was so genuine. There are people good at customer service and then there are people who go above and beyond.
You also get text reminder regarding your upcoming payments, it is easy to pay online, driving right up to your unit is so convenient. Rental Storage is expensive everywhere, but Cube Smart is the cheapest in payment and best in quality out there.”
“Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. Her customer service stood out, and it’s clear she truly cares about helping people. Because of Nancy, my experience with Extra Space Storage was excellent. I highly recommend working with her if you get the chance.”

“Ive had a space at Public Storage for awhile, and never had any issues. Today I dealt with the property manager Cat in helping to get a fee waived, while we weren't successful in getting it waived by no fault of hers, she did help me get a lower monthly rent payment, she was very helpful and thoughtful, and I really appreciated it. Thank you Cat for your help!”
“Such a great experience with onboarding and move-in. Antonette is such a great help! She’ll absolutely take care of you if you’re looking to store there.”
“Jon and Xavier were exceptionally helpful and polite while helping my family and I move in and out of our unit! Facility is always clean, temperature controlled and safe!”
“Can’t recommend them enough. Place is super clean and bright, and the staff is amazing. I also downsized while there as I moved stuff out and they were super open about the best option for me to help reduce cost. Again, can’t recommend them enough.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Scott informed me about all units available and found me the best promo deal. He even walked me directly to my new clean unit. They even helped me finding a Uhaul Truck Rental nearby.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate you.
Definitely recommend this storage facility with the best compatible prices.”
“James was a true pleasure to work with! Anything and everything we needed or had questions with he was able to assist us. He made our experience so much better. Thank you James!

“Fast easy mobile checkout for uhaul van and truck rental and the staff at this location is very customer friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to service customers and the storage facility is very safe, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location for renting a truck and for storage.”
“If you have ever moved, you know how stressful it can be. We moved from Vermont to New Jersey! We packed 90% of our stuff and had Tiger pack the breakables. These wonderful men are trustworthy, timely, dedicated, and respectful. They treated my belongings with care and everything was cataloged. I bonded with them immediately. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving, but especially if you have a home 3 bedrooms or more. I had no idea how many items I owned. Tiger moving was able to bring trucks the correct size, packing materials to wrap my furniture to ensure that it arrived safely, and the tenacity to keep moving for hours on end to fill the trucks. If we had to pack our own stuff on trucks, it would have taken over a week and we would have had to have at least 12 friends to replace the 4 amazing movers. The pricing is fair for the quality and speed of these wonderful movers!”
“I must say David and Julian did a great job. It was a Friday and place was busy, they got me in and out in no time, very friendly and nice people. Thanks guys appreciate you!!!!”
“The staff at this facility are truly exceptional. Sophia and Tierney consistently go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are professional, attentive, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making the entire experience smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find such genuine care and dedication today. The facility itself is immaculate, well-maintained, and reflects the pride they take in their work. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding service and a clean, welcoming environment.”
“I’ve been a customer for over 7 years and have to say that the staff there is very responsive and helpful, especially the Manager, Hilda, who goes out of her way to make the customer feel important. I highly recommend this place should you have any storage needs.”
“Stress free from end-to-end. Operator/manager always available, with backup 800 support. Great rates, clean facilities, easy access 6am-10pm 7-days a week. Simply look no where else - 10 out of 10!”
“It was a pleasure to work with Elba here. After listening to what I needed and was looking for, she assured me all would be taken care of. Elba was very thorough , efficient and reasonable. Thank you for your help- its a weight off my shoulders- and into your storage facility!!!”
