I went to pick up my medicines today and the pharmacist assistant or helper had very bad attitude and the worst custmer service ,I felt I’m getting my medicines for free ,I decided to change the pharmacy with my doctor and won’t go back there ,they deserve my busness

This used to be a great store but since we lost a great manager and all the competion closed down, it's changed completely. Out of stock when things are on sale and there is an odor that was never there before. Try getting a raincheck if you have about an hour to waste

I wanted to try a different ShopRite to compare to the Lincoln park location. Never again. This store is a panic attack waiting to happen, especially on a weekend. Items that cause high traffic like bread or produce are put in the smallest areas, making it impossible to look at anything without the super rude shoppers breathing down your neck. It was not easy to find certain items, the setup/layout makes no sense. This is a very clean store but bigger is not always better in terms of mismanaging your space.

It's hard to believe this is in the same group as the Morristown shop rite. They did away with made to order food, their stock is atrocious and the associates are rude. There is a Whole Foods further up 46 and two other grocery stores within a few miles.

Grocery store we used to visit when living in Parsippany from 2002 to 2011. The store remodeled before we left but it brought back many memories. Staying at a hotel nearby for mtgs later in Newark.Bought a few groceries, two cakes for tomorrow's mtgs. Everything seems the same. Clean, lots of variety, large bakery, deli, and other departments. Keep up the nice memories.

Honestly not the best ShopRite I've been to. Probably the worst one I've been to to date. It's definitely not as well-maintained as other ShopRites, and that's saying something as someone who's lived in NJ for most of her life and lived in CT for some time as well. I wish it were a little more organized or structured like most others because it took me way longer to do groceries or find simple items. Food prices were typical (hooray, I would've given them a negative score if I could). The service was terrible not gonna lie. I had a one more item to find, 10 minutes to close, and this one lady said I couldn't go for it because I had to pay already. Ummm? There's ten minutes left, your store is confusing AF, and we're in the middle of nowhere lady. Coming from out of state, I needed food. Lastly it was -1°F outside and we couldn't wait for our ride in the cart area because they were locking up even though there were still employees inside. I get it, you're closing, but have some compassion for your patrons waiting for their rides in below zero temps?! My friend and I weren't the only ones that got kicked out and had to wait in the cold. I'd give them negative stars if I could. I'm so sorry if you live in Parsippany and have to go here.

This place is not maintained. We went shopping and the entire store smelled rotten. It was so bad you can smell it through your mask... I left why would you want to shop at a place that stinks!

Today pretty much put the icing on the cake for me. I have done shop from home for a good while now. And I ALWAYS have an issue. Whether it's they charge me for something and I don't get it. Or they pack my trunk and leave the milk or creamer or juice at the edge so when I open my hatch it comes flying out and splat all over my driveway. Today I get there at my scheduled time I check in at 535. I waited till 6pm to get my groceries while bringing them to my truck the guy dropped bags of my items on the ground. No apology nothing. He then hands me the receipt with someone else's card. I told him this isn't mine. He apparently switched my card with someone else's. Charges me her order and her mine. Now I am there a good 40 mins. The kid disappears and it's now the 1 hr mark. I call in and get a RUDE person. I explain to him the mix up. He tells me. "Well maybe you should let me hang up so I can take care of it." I said you haven't started it yet ?? He tells me no. Not even an apology. I am sitting in my truck with 2 children... one of them is 2. He doesn't have a long attention span. The woman who's card was mixed up with mine goes into the door. And is told to wait about another 15 mins. She tells the man that it needs to be done now. Within a few mins the kid returns with the right card and the balance of my order charged. The level of incompetence is ridiculous.. the level of customer service is subpar. And not even an apology. I will make sure I reach out to corporate bc they obviously have zero regard for peoples time.

We love this ShopRite and shop every week. However, today we were surprised that the TWO sausage pizzas we bought had no sausage on them. We added our own meat but just a heads-up
