Theres no point in calling in your prescription; even if you call days ahead of time it is NEVER ready when you come to pick it up, and you have to wait a half an hour minimum.

We waited at the consultation window for 20–25 minutes with no acknowledgment - not even a “we’ll be with you shortly.” When I finally said “excuse me,” a lady in the corner responded as if she’d just noticed us. The pharmacist came 5 minutes later. Overall, a frustrating experience. Crappy place - avoid if you can.

I needed my prescription one day early due to the need to go out of town. Refused to fill it for me, will now have to cancel my plans or go without medication. They told me to contact my doctor to have them send in an approval my doctor has a 24-72 hour timeframe to respond. My insurance will cover it to be filled a couple of days early but pharmacists and Walgreens are on a power trip to control patients and insurance companies. They say “good faith dispensing” if they cared about that they would staff their stores instead of refusing to refill a prescription the insurance is willing to cover. Retail pharmacy is awful. I speak as a former Walgreens and CVS employee of 20 years. They don’t care about your health, they care about your money. I advise not to get vaccines at either company they profit up to 70% off your immunization vs 15% on your rx. That is why they push vaccines so much. Not just health benefits but that is where the money is for them.

I would have given this store a zero. They charged me more money then I was suppose to get my medication for I called and the pharmacist said she would call me back before they closed but she did not. Now I have to go there and get the prices correct she also wrote on the instruction page the cost which this is not the case specially when she did not go process with my insurance. I hate this place they should fire the pharmacist for manually making rices it with out insurance approval

Went into this Walgreens & approached the pharmacy section where it said “consultation” & waited approximately 5 minutes for help. It was 2 employees helping 1 customer & NO ONE acknowledged me. Finally an employee asked could he help me & when I asked if they carried magnesium powder; his reply was I don’t know check in the vitamin section. He should’ve said let me check. I will not be back to this Walgreens; hopefully it will shut down or hire people that really want to work

This establishment has absolutely no concept of service. It's almost as if you are in another country where service doesn't matter. After going here for last few months I have finally decided to stop!! There is always a wait, even if there is no one in the store, you are either waiting for someone to show up at the register, or waiting for the pharmacist to sort out an issue and there is always an issue.
Today I made an appointment for Flu and COVID, I show up, it takes them 10 min to find my appointment (I offered to give them the confirmation number but they refused and instead take their sweet time looking it up by name, DOB. etc...waste time). After they found it, they tell me they do not have the COVID vaccine, they did they take the appointment if they do not have the vaccine in the store? When you ask any questions at all you always get an attitude. They are never apologetic, never on time, and never provide decent level of service (forgot good, but just decent would be enough).
AVOID this pharmacy!! There are others in the area that you can use, this place is beyond badly managed. It should be out of business.

This was my last visit to Walgreens, and I’ve already decided to switch pharmacies after this terrible experience. I came in to drop off prescriptions for allergy medication, including three meds—two prescription-only and one over the counter. The employee helping me asked the pharmacist a question, came back, and told me all three medications were in the allergy aisle. I questioned him, saying I knew one was over the counter, but he insisted they were all there.
I wasted 10 minutes searching the aisle and, as I expected, only found the one over-the-counter medication. I had to get back in line, wait another 10 minutes, and explain the situation to a different employee. She checked with the pharmacist, confirmed my prescriptions, and assured me they could fill them.
What pushed me over the edge was the first employee’s response. Instead of acknowledging his mistake, he grabbed the pharmacist to explain that the misinformation came from her. I told him it didn’t matter where he got the information—it was his responsibility to ensure the words coming out of his mouth were accurate. He’s the one communicating with customers, and if he doesn’t know something, he should say so and get someone else to help, rather than relaying misinformation like it’s fact.
There was no apology from him—just eye rolls and a dismissive attitude. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand the importance of customer care, and if these employees wanted to care about their customers, they would. This isn’t just a training issue—it’s a lack of accountability and empathy.
This is a recurring issue at this location; the employees simply don’t seem to care. I’ve canceled the pickup for my medications, called my provider to issue new scripts, and will be taking my business to another pharmacy. Walgreens, train your staff to prioritize accuracy and customer care—this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable.

I would have given a - star if there was an option available here. The pharmacy in this location is the worst that you can ever imagine. The whole crew is so unprofessional and under skilled and no one in the pharmacy section have no idea what to do and where to find what. Just for a simple pick up you will wait for over 40-50 minutes. Today i went to pick up the meds at 5:10 and i am waiting in the line after 4 people and those 4 people for simple pick up took them over 46 mins until it was my return. Same scenario continued with me when the guy went and looked for 10 mins to find out the meds and the excuse was “ oh they put it behind the rest. I have incidents multiple time as such in this location. I will never go here again .
