Went to the store to add a line and the rep Daniella ended up removing my protection plan and added it on the new line( to get more commission) so then i wasn’t able to file an insurance claim on one of my damaged devices and then i got charged proration charges on my bill ..

Horrible service, terrible, I changed tb mobile to join my husband on their plan. First they do their thing at the Transfers and leave me the tb mobile line and the At&t line when I go to complain they do what they don't know and when I tell them to cancel all that they want to charge me, it being their mistake, the internet is terrible when I go to be a complaint, the little white man is like he doesn't care, he better stands up from the chair and ignores you 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The information they gave us when it came to changing our cell phones was totally terrible, why? Because they tell me you don't have to pay any other amount apart from the taxes and that for the change I would receive a discount of 25 dollars on my bill, and that they also offered us a free internet device for the home totally free that if we liked it we could return it in At any moment, the surprise was that they charged me 70 dollars more on the cell phone bill. In addition, I received a bill of 52 dollars for the internet that was supposedly free. What is this because they entangle people like this? Be serious 🤮

Terrible service, I went to change my cell phone, I asked for someone who had answered me by call, the girl never came out and the other one told her that if the girl who answered me by phone is going to take a long time, I can answer with another person and she was like A very large statue looked up at me and put its face in the phone again I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT THIS STORE IS ALWAYS BULLSHIT
