I visited the branch and came in contact with a wonderful woman named Marilyn C. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. She also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was able to login. After attempting to log in and another unsuccessful attempt she again went above and beyond to help me until the problem was resolved! I highly recommend them at this branch! Phenomenal staff! “This is one bank I can honestly say is an absolute pleasure to conduct business with. Everyone, from the window tellers, to the business managers, to the customer service, are all very helpful, informative, and accommodating. This branch also has the added convenience of being open on Sundays, which can be a huge help in case of a quick financial transaction fix, rather than have to wait for Monday to get answers.
