They don’t know what they are doing. Made me pay an extra $80 registration and change my number due to their lack of knowledge of updated Boost terms and regulations.I suggest doing everything online or calling Boost corporate directly.

To switch to a cheaper phone plan, someone at T-Mobile online (611), sent me a sim card, told me I shouldn't bring it to a store to activate because they might charge me a fee and told me they would call me after I received the Sim card. I didn't see where they called me. Instead, I happened to be near Store 4215, 586 Main Avenue, Passaic. Steve said the sim card I was sent was blank, used another, and had me up and running in now time and on the cheaper plan. Thanks Steve!
