If I can rate it a zero will negative zero.. Absolutely horrible experience. One of the dryers had a red stain inside that I didn’t notice until it was too late — it completely stained all my clothes. The owner didn’t care and offered no help or refund. I’ll never come back here again. If you value your clothes, stay far away from this place!

This laundromat was very inconsiderate, I’m a costumer for many many years and an employee by the name of myriam threw cushions that belong to patio furniture in my yard , she has many complaints but the owner does nothing about it

been here many times for drop-off service. I have found socks and even woman’s tank tops that don’t belongs to me in my laundry bag after I went to pick up my cleaned clothes that they washed. That makes me wonder if they also lost my clothes while washing mine too? Please check the dryer more carefully and be sure to pick up everything after it’s done. Thank you.

Where do I begin? The machine aren't cleaned thoroughly. They have a horrible smell. Most of the staff aren't kind or professional. People hog machines and dryers so get there early or get ready to wait a half hour to do your laundry.

My daughter came to do laundry at 9:30pm. Asked if they were still open and they said yes. After she finished with the washer, the employee (a guy) approached her and asked her to clean the machine. When she asked why, because she didn’t dirty it with anything she only washed her clothes. He replied that he was starting to clean them but the least she could do was to clean hers because they were closing soon. This is ridiculous. She’s paying to use the machines. They are paying him to do his job. What is wrong with this employee. I was a regular at this place but stopped going because most of the employees are rude and now this. This place needs to seriously train it’s employees, unbelievable.

The service of the lady in charge is terrible, I told her that there were 20 sewing machines stopped and she replied, what do you want me to do, take out their clothes and help them fold them? She was rude, she has no service at all and another lady told her that the priority was the clients and her response is to tell me one thing and to tell you another. And he didn't care what we told him. This is not really loyalty to clients, one prefers to go further but be treated well, with respect because the lady who is here today treated us very badly. Terrible service ?
