“As a woman, I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car-related. Even getting an oil change gives me anxiety 😂. So when my transmission went while I was driving on the highway, my anxiety went through the roof.
Thankfully, I had a warranty, but even that made me nervous. The last time I used this same warranty, every shop I dealt with acted like it was such a burden. Faraj Auto was the COMPLETE opposite.
From my first conversation, everything was explained to me from beginning to end. I was told I wouldn’t be kept in the dark, and they absolutely kept their word. I received updates every step of the way, my calls were always answered, and I never once felt like I was annoying them or asking too many questions. They actually took the time to over-explain things so I understood exactly what was happening with my car.
They were also incredibly quick and efficient. My car wasn’t sitting around the shop unnecessarily they handled what needed to be handled and got it back to me as quickly as possible.
Most importantly, I felt comfortable and SAFE trusting them with my car.
Warranty or no warranty, Faraj Auto is officially my car place. My daughter will need a car soon, and they’ll also be one of the first places I look.
They didn’t just fix my car they earned my trust. And for me, that’s priceless.”

“Honest people!! I was traveling from out of town on my way to Philly from Westchester, New York and all of a sudden several lights came on my dashboard. We were told to stop at this place to see if they could help. A nice young mechanic came out and checked the codes and saw that it was the transmission body control valve. He spoke to his boss and they both said it was OK to drive it and there would be no problems. I made it back to New York went to my mechanic and showed him the same issue and he confirmed there was no threat to driving it. I really appreciate the honesty and the helpfulness that day. “I had a fantastic experience with Atlantic Auto Glass! Todd replaced the back window on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and did an amazing job. He was right on time, super professional, and made sure every bit of broken glass was cleaned out-even from the panel and lock area. After the new window was installed, he went above and beyond by cleaning it and even took the time to clean my front windshield too!
The price was unbeatable only $395.00 while other places I called (Including Safelite) were quoting anywhere from $500 to $750.00. On top of that the customer service was excellent. Jen, who made the appointment for me was an absolute doll-so friendly and helpful.

“Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos to post. However, today was my first time visiting this establishment, and I can honestly say the boss, and staff were very helpful, respectful and supportive. My rear view mirror was hanging for a few days now, and I just couldn’t stand how tacky it made my truck look. Went to one mechanic shop for the issue, and all they did was put a crack in my front windshield. I decided to make a visit to bob’s glass works, asked the boss if it was fixable, and by the looks of his face, I knew I was in the right place. My mirror is fixed thanks to you guys !!! Lifetime customer 🫶🏾”

“I had an excellent experience with Sam and Omar while replacing the sliding door glass on my 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring.
From the beginning, they were professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond trying to locate the correct glass for my vehicle. In the end, I purchased the original glass directly from Honda, and Sam and Omar handled the installation.
This was not a simple job. The sliding door on the Odyssey has sensors and several components that need to be carefully removed and reinstalled, and they did an outstanding job. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail.
They also respected my time. They received the vehicle exactly when we agreed, and I was able to pick it up as soon as the work was completed.
What impressed me the most was their customer service. They listen to you, understand your situation, and genuinely try to find the best solution to make everything work in your favor. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality and complexity of the work.
