This is the worst Chase Bank that I ever walked in. I called to ask about a name change, and ask can I go to any of the banks and was told yes. No one said that I had to have an appointment, I was told that I could walk in. This lady told me that I could Wai, but I had to wait until she finish her 3 appointments first which was at 10, 11, 12 o'clock. Who in the hell was going to wait that long for a simply name change. They are so unorganized at that place, that it does not make ant sense. They need help bad, and they need some more help. I live in the city of Passaic all my life, and I never been to such an organized place like this.

Reading the comments before going I thought that this is a general problem for all branches. I had already had a bad experience at the Clifton office, but luckily for me they have made changes and there is a new manager who I had the opportunity to be assisted by. She, in the best way, very professional and polite, made an appointment for me with a representative named Cinthya, her attention is 10/10, very attentive and polite, she helped me take the services that best suited my needs. So if you check the comments before going, don't be afraid. This branch has made positive changes. There is new staff and the manager is a very efficient and polite person.

This is outrageous how dirty this chase is from the handles of the door to the cleanliness of the atm machines …this bank continues to serve several towns especially since the branch in wallington shut down ..this bank serves our community and several others and is treated with the less regard , it is easily accessible and it’s just a sight for sore eyes to say the least …sad sad sad

The most adult Hispanic representatives of Indian teas are a disaster for pedants, they treat the customer as if the bank belonged to them. I have been there three times and they can never solve the problem while in another branch they have solved it once for me, they can never help and on top of that You have to hope that they feel like serving you without doing anything and they talk to you with attitude. The security and cashiers are lovely but those ladies on the right hand side when you enter are very arrogant. Your attention is terrible

The Worst Chase Branch ever. I just was there trying to pay my credit so I walked in waiting my turn and then the security ask me to step outside ,eventhoug there were enough space inside, I told her in a nice way that it is too cold outside and only few people inside. But she insist to walk outside, I told her no. Then the Branch manager came \"JL\" and start screaming at me and told me to step outside because we have roles says no more 2 person inside I told her I don't see this rule? And there is enough space inside. Then she closed the bank door and said no one coming in until I go outside and she threatening me by calling the police to kick me outside. I'm putting this complain to the heights level of Chase Bank and if necessary will file a legal claim because they refuse serving a customer and threatening me.

I went to ask, just to ask about a transaction in my account and the person who helped me was complaining to me that why do I withdraw or put money so quickly into my account defensively? As if she cared about what I do or don't do with my account. money
