Just visited now and mind you there is no customers no one the store just opened and i already knew it was gonna be a problem when i saw this employee didn’t even greet us and gave us dirty looks . Me and my cousin went to the “dribble zone” that is literally printed on the floor for you to be able to drive balls while playing with a ball sorry we suck so bad at volleyball we didn’t mean to make anything fall and it went to the other asile . I went to the aisle and nothing fell down and i got kicked out never coming again. I thought it was a dribble didn’t think it was that serious .

that black girl needs to be FIREDDDDD she’s so rude I was there with my cousins and she was literally scolding us for the dumbest thing and talked to us with such bad attitude literally ruined our whole day we were just trying to hangout and have fun she has terrible customer service someone needs to catch her outside

Terrible Customer Service by manager / Shift Supervisor. I asked for a simple price check and she gave me an attitude when I asked and told me to ask her manager and pointed to a male a couple steps away when I asked him it turns out that she was his manager /SS and refused to help or even make an effort. She refused to give me her name for the obvious reason that she was ashamed of her Customer service.

The black girl with the bun/ponytail,accused me of stealing because I was carrying my work folder with the schools that I work for name on it and it’s clear you could see it I only purchased one thing and I opened my bag and showed her and she was too close to my face and It made me super uncomfortable ..So I went the other day to let someone know and the employee knew exactly who I was talking about and that she’s close to the higher ups and that’s why they can’t do anything and even if I were to go to them nothing would happen ..That employee even told me she’s rude to her coworkers and I don’t understand how a place like this could still have an employee this rude work here..

I really like going to this store, but today I didn’t expect them to treat customers the wrong way, today 1-13-2024 I went to the store and when I went to pay the lady from cashier was waiting to scan my items and let everyone else pass so they can scan there items by themselves except me , that place it’s a self check out and I felt she was not been kind she was treating me like I came with bad intentions, unfortunately, I called the store manager and told her my concern and she refused to give me her name , as customers we have the rights to report any incidents and she refused . . I will still go to this place but customer service today was awful ? and yes I will still report this !! This is the 5below from passaic NJ

I just want to say I love shopping at five below especially for my toddler. This specificLOCATION is the worst to shop at. The short girl who is black with the bun is very RUDE.She watches you shop, she stares at you up and down while at self check out and is VERY.Rude to her employees. I've witnessed her yell at 2 guys who worked there over boxes they didn't take out properly.It's honestly no way everybody in the reviews are complaining about the same person and they're able to still have this type of job.|

Staff is rude, they take your items out your cart and scan them for you. The african-american manager is rude and disrespectful to staff and customers. The store never have items on a reachable level shelf. The store shelf's are never stocked. The manager even threatened me and my family that she will "put hands on me" Just all bad I even called corporate, on the manager and nothing was done. Just so unprofessional some people are.
