Thank you for the beautiful and respectful preparation of my husband, Pastor Geraldo Ortega and for making his viewing on Sunday and his burial on Monday a peaceful and dignified experience. During a time when our hearts were heavy with grief, your kindness, patience, attention to detail, and genuine compassion brought comfort to me and my family.
There are no perfect words to express how much it meant to see my husband presented with such dignity and care. You treated him with the respect he deserved, while also treating our family with warmth and understanding. Every detail, every gesture of kindness, and every effort you made did not go unnoticed.
