I came to this place for waxing service, they provided me with a filthy towel for a cover up. The person who does waxing left after 10 minutes leaving me with a girl who admitted herself she does not like to do waxing. She did not even know how to apply the wax. I have had severe bruising that I have not had post waxing in the past. If you don’t know the job, simply state the truth that you are unable to provide the service. Giving one star as the girls were friendly. Do not come here for waxing. They charged me 60$ for a pathetic service.

I’ve been coming to this spot for many years since I was a teenager. Best place to get your eyebrows threaded. I love how my eyebrows come out each time. Even when I moved 30mins away I’d still drive to Passaic. I won’t go anywhere else. I definitely recommend! Place is clean and the ladies are always friendly. The only thing is parking could be difficult depending the time you go. The earlier in the day the better.

I forgot to add a review so here goes;I went to get my eye brows done here around last year of Valentine’s Day, the lady who attended me there did my left eye brow horrible than my right one. It hurts so bad that I couldn’t feel my left eye and eye brow. I would say I won’t be coming there anymore. Please do get your eye brows somewhere else. Now I’m hoping my eye brows isn’t that screw up after this incident that happened ?No I don’t recommend this place at all if you’re going to ruin and pluck eye brows wrongly.Service: Eyebrow threading

Terrible owner , over exaggerated pricing just dissapointing that I've been a loyal Local customer whose gone here for Brazilian wax the past 3 years and seen the place get a new makeover as well but the prices are overpriced for a simple Brazilian wax from literally $35 to now $50 and I literally paid and decided to call about the why its been raised and the owner picked up the call just to give such an ugly attitude, after I had just explained im a loyal customer and have always given a great tip might I add and she just brushes me aside and says you can just go someplace else. Truly rude and dissapointing, I never meant for a misunderstanding or accuse just an honest question :/Service: Body waxing

The worst experience. My eyebrows look horrible. I explained to her how I like my eyebrows and she did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I asked for. On top of that my brows look completely different and round like in the 90s. What a disappointment. I hoping for my browns to grow back soon because I look like a clown.
