If I can give them negative stars I will I’ve been trying car parts for the longest from them the customer service is extremely pitiful I would love for someone from corporate reach out to me about a part that’s I’ve been begging them about and they keep delaying it. This is bad business

First, they have you hold sometimes over 23 mins, second the woman the works there are VERY RUDE and not helpful at all. One of them even hang up on me. I don't appreciate the attitude and will have to speak to the manager about the attitude.
