I come here all the time for my refills and pedicures. Jeff is my favorite. He always does an amazing job and gets the shape perfect! I often get compliments on my nails and people always want to know where I get them done. The girls who do my pedicure are really sweet too and I love how it turns out. It’s usually this one girl or her mom (I wish I knew their names). I’ve been coming here for over a year consistently and will continue. Love this place and Jeff is great!!

This place is horrible. My nail tech is/was Ricky as well as my two daughters and aunts. We have been coming here for years. Today I had the worst experience because I didn’t like the way my French tip was drying. There was air bubbles on all of my nails. Also, the top coat was applied once and I could see my original nail underneath. I mentioned it to Ricky and he got upset and said I was being picky. I’ve been gettin my nails done since I was 15 so I know exactly what I want and I should get what I’m paying for without any problems. Ricky refused to fix the color and called the cops after going outside to smoke a cigarette which is what he does frequently. I asked the boss to intervene and he got frustrated got out of his chair and began yelling stating that Ricky doesn’t want to finish my nails and I should go elsewhere. The cops finally arrived Passaic PD & the two female officers agreed that my nails looked horrible. The male officers tried talking to Ricky and the boss asking them to finish my nails but they refused. I had to leave their establishment and go somewhere else not to mention I have to go to back to work at 2:00 pm & this has been a huge inconvenience for me. I won’t return to Magic Nails ever again. I used to go for my pedicures but after seeing roaches and getting nail fungus I stopped getting my feet done. The customer service is horrible and all they want to do is take your money without providing exceptional service.

Don't tip the girls if they give you attitude.if you don't speak Spanish pay attention to what they saying because they talking about you judging you or bullying you and expect you to give her a big tip after talking a lot of stuff about you and after you leave they will keep talking about your appearance is not right.I heard nasty stuff literally in front of customers and they also get mad if you don't tip them more them $5 dollars be careful they are just rude women, especially the Dominican need next to the Chinese lady and the Mexican lady the pretend to be Dominican they are really rude and nasty with customers who don't speak for them selfService: Acrylic nails

I truly don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is going to be for your feet’s sake. I went here for a pedicure. Let’s just say I cannot walk! Or wear closed toe shoes. This lady cut every toe and my two big toes you can see my actual skin. IT HURTS SO MUCH! Besides the gel lifted because there was nothing to grab on to. I kept telling the lady and she would ignore me. They wanted me to get my manicure done by her too, I just left and went next door.And they had the audacity to still charge me!!! Please do not go here! They do not care about how you feel nor are willing to make things right.Please, take care of your feet! Its been 4 days and I’ve been wearing flip flops with dermoplast, Neosporin and its getting chilly out.I do feel strongly about this! Please do trust me!Service: Pedicure

I go here to get my nails done they are always sometime crowed they do really good ? work with nails they take there time my nails always last compare to some other places I visited not that expensive depends on what your getting plus they give you many options of payment such as cash app Zelle etc love this place ??

can't be trusted to charge you. upsold me and didn't make it clear they were charging more. was very shady. manager was a j**** ladies who work there are nice.
