I was in this store and I really had good service for the first time, I can say that with good service, since the person who served me was very friendly, although I judo, a lot because they are very indecisive, and the very patient and would you like tea , you want to try this and very nice one on sale previously. I went to the store opposite. And it's a question because I wanted anti-density tennis shoes, and they told me there aren't any. You went to the store across the street and I was ok. IF they have it in front of them and really good service, I recommend them.

Very good store to buy from.. customer service is a bit low except for a woman called Sanya, very patient & helpful!! I have been shopping at Magic Sneakers for 7 years & I still go back because of that employee there who always provides excellent service!

This Magic Sneakers place need to only accept Visa Credit card and Master credit card and this credit card machine should be remove and you guys should have google pay or apple Pay it will be much better for the workers so the customers could paid there items more better and you guys need better protection on the door in the front so it will be better for the workers and there should be better workers in this place and the sneakers should have thoses yellow tags like on sale for a lower price and also for the clothes so the customers could be happy. And you guys need a plastic proof for the paying on front cause it's very dangerous for the workers so they need a lot of protection.

Prices too high you think they would give you a great deal but it’s trash and one of the employees has a really nasty attitude every time i go there rolling her eyes and just RUDE! It’s disgusting not lady like at all. Prices need to change and so does her stank attitude

Over price they let the sales person called the price... they beat me over the head for $25 when footlocker is $25 less .. all good... I'll never shop here again getto place

An absolute joke of a business. I asked for the price of a pair of jordan retros and they made me wait for the manager for 10 minutes. He comes out with his pants unbundled and as he's talking to me begins to buckle his pants with his belt. Then tells me the sneakers are 180 as opposed to the actual retail price of 160. I promise you this was the most outlandish experience of my life
