Also the apply coupons for some prescriptions I get and sometimes makes it a $0 copay for me without me knowing about the coupon. They offer free delivery services also for those who may not be able to get there. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone they go above and beyond for their customers. If your thinking of switching stop thinking and DO IT you will not be disappointed!!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Broadway Medical, and the people who work there. My husband, unfortunately, has MS and so I have needed to purchase items there several times in the past few years. Everybody who works there is knowledgeable and can answer questions about whatever you need. The owner, Rob, is especially helpful and kind, and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I bought a wheelchair there, and had a problem with the brake on one side. Because of my own physical limitations, I’m not able to get down on the floor to put things together, so that extra help made a huge difference.

“Recently took a fall and my doctor told me to get a coccyx wedge pillow to sit on and this place had EXACTLY what I needed! I called ahead and when I arrived at the store, they had the options waiting. When I made my pick, they were so kind and compassionate about my injury. They were also very kind about warning me about the ice in the parking lot! Definitely will be recommending to anyone who needs medical supplies!”
“The anesthetics of the store are rather pleasing, open layouts rendering a customer friendly shopping experience. The staff are friendly and diligent. I called about whether they had a particular DME item. They did the most logical thing (i.e. if you are a good retailer) and went out and searched thier inventory. After they confirmed that item was in stock, it politely advised to come before closing time. Which I did do and found the item in store. When I turned up at the register they recognized the item and pulled out the item from behind the counter and said "you're the one that called..." Furthermore, they helped me confirm that it was the right size. All these things are rather small, simple and easy stuff. However, as a pharmacist, I can say that you would be surprised how many organizations can't duplicate that of service.”

“AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Google shows 5 pm close, but when I arrived at 4:20 PM, the store sign showed 4 PM so I called.
What appeared to be the owner was so gracious enough to reopen his store for a small $15 sale… But I definitely encourage supporting local businesses, as I live in Carlstadt . I only try to support people locally that are mom and pop businesses.
This piece of equipment help me through my knee replacement surgery recovery so I didn’t have to wait for Amazon to bring my package! Thank you, thank you thank you and hopefully I won’t need this service any longer but I do appreciate it!”
