Worse metro store to go to. BEWARE THEY STEAL!! The girls that work there have a bad attitude the employee Paola is very rude. My husband went to purchase a phone they told him the price of the phone was $130 but the real price was $50. When he checked his receipt they had charged $32 for a screen protector and $23 for a case that he had to go pick up the following week. My husband was never asked if he wanted to purchase the case or screen protector he thought he was only paying for the phone. We asked for a refund of the case because the screen protector was already on the phone PAOLA very rude said that they can’t refund anything I told her the receipt says we have 14 days or let me speak to a manager of course manager is never there. After her giving attitude and saying don’t give me attitude or I don’t give your money back and I quote she said “don’t give me attitude cuz I’m a bigger GONORRHEA y PERRA que tu” very disrespectful. She Made us wait like 20 mins for the refund and told my husband I’m going to write a note in your account of what happen now. It was a terrible experience so unprofessional to charge customers for items without even asking if they want it. They need to be more professional and stop stealing. You can see on the receipt that the phone cost $50 and the extra charges of the case and screen protector that my husband never asked for. Heres its what i think the staff there are very nice when they trying to sale you a device but when you're trying to get a explanation of you bill or a refund are very annoying and rude. And always say in come back later when my manager comes back. The manager never is there.??????

Employees have a very bad attitude. An ex employee that I happen to run into in the store said that a costumer had very ugly clothes and looks like she’s wearing rags. That’s not the way they should behave. Hire people that know how to act like human beings.
