“I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Health Care Pharmacy, Sreedhar and Diane. Their customer service is top-notch and deserves all of the recognition. I had a tough week trying to get my RX filled - amounting to numerous calls to the larger chains in multiple locations. The larger chains either hung up on me or had me on hold for extended periods of time. Feeling defeated, I sought help from my Clinician and the stars aligned - we found this gem of an establishment. Diane - took several of my phone calls and shared that she would call me back if anything changes. I thought it was a lost cause but still held out hope. To my surprise, she called me back within hours and I was able to resolve my refill within hours. The pick-up process was seamless and I cannot wait to do more business with this team. Needless to say, I will not frequent my larger drugstores any longer. This customer is 100% satisfied and wanted to share my personal gratitude to the team. THANK YOU!”
