This place is a mess !!! I came back in march & supposed they would have my dress ready for the day of the event now they coming up with nonsense that it won’t arrive till may. What type of busy are you even running. When I asked for my deposit back the lady didn’t want to give me my money back! She had the nerve to say what money. I said my dam deposit !

I was looking for a dress for a sweet 16. This boutique has both, a variety of colors and styles. The dresses are absolutely beautiful. As the parent, the best part was the custom service, they really did go above and beyond!

I purchased a dress that I did not try on right away. I figured i could fit a large. When I tried the dress on it didn't fit my bust... i decided to return it for a larger size or an exchange. Well they have a 5 day exchange policy, which is not written on my electronic receipt and I did not get a paper receipt. The policy is on a piece of paper in a frame. They lost a new customer. It was my intention to return but not now.

I don't recommend this place because the guy helpingme he treated me with disrespect and kept bodyshaming me. He kept making disrespectful jokes thatI found very offensive. He did not let me try the dressand I wanted to pay for it but he kept saying I was tougly for it. He even gave me a nickname fatvaro. Ipayed and just left.
