QuickChek is a conveniently located chain store, especially popular among commuters due to its accessible position. The store has recently been remodeled, and the cleanliness is praised as excellent. Staff members, such as Dario, Ayden, and Rose, are recognized for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness, making the experience more pleasant. They are especially appreciated for making great subs and providing friendly service. However, the store faces several challenges. Online order processing lacks a clear system, leading to confusion and delays. Orders often end up in random spots, making it difficult for customers to find them, despite the intention to minimize wait times. Customers have expressed frustration that their online orders take as long as in-store purchases, suggesting a need for better employee training to meet service time expectations. The store's environment is generally friendly, with courteous staff and a recently improved appearance. Nonetheless, issues such as missing or incorrect ingredients in sandwiches and frequent panhandlers outside the entrance can detract from the overall experience. Additionally, equipment like the Slurpee machines often malfunction, and staff are sometimes unwilling to check or fix the problem. Despite these issues, QuickChek remains a convenient spot, though improvements in order handling and store atmosphere could enhance customer satisfaction further.
Was ordering a sandwich and lady told me to not order anymore cause my other friends had already ordered too many sandwiches (they ordered 3) decided not to order because I felt bad :/ but now I feel like if I order she’s going to do something to my sandwich

Came here twice, both times there is no coffee ready, bathrooms are closed, and one person working. Whatever the company is they are handling the staffing wrong.

Worst place to work, especially as a cashier during the night. Having to do everything by yourself, cleaning and making coffee. Be overwhelmed. Customers are nice, but horrible experience working here
