Pickup service is very slow

There's a person there, a grown man about 45 years old. With the most shitty temper I've ever seen. He seemed listless. I'd bought some things and told the machine not to give me the receipt. The thing is, I had to go back because I wanted to change a bill, and he was judging me and asking me questions with a face that looked like he wanted to hit me, just because I didn't grab the damn receipt.

While the remodel and cleanliness at this location are awesome, it seems that they do not prioritize and have no logical system when processing online orders.
Every time I have ordered at this location for the last month, my order is hidden behind the food desk, or up by the cashier. It’s never in one spot. Why not put up a designated mobile pick up rack? I’m spending an eternity trying to find my order every time, both independently and with the help of staff.
Also, I order on the app specifically to minimize wait times. However, every time I come here it seems like I’m waiting as if I ordered in the store. Several people jn person are getting their order fulfilled immediately, even though I placed my order 20 minutes before them online. It’s frustrating. Like what’s the point?
QuickChek needs to train employees how to properly meet deadlines and SLA timeframes. I’d be going to Wawa more often if they were near me.

Morning Manager from 6/12/25 refused to let me refill my coffee after it spilled all over me. Despite the hot coffee falling all over me she used company policy as an excuse. There is no specific policy for spills, her discretion was horrendous. She would rather bat her ugly face with mountains of foundation and hide in the back room doing nothing.

This quickchek really went down hill . I used to love coming here as a teen and the place was always clean and the food tasted fresh now everything is crap from the app to the fact I have to stand there and wait until they hand me a redbull because they want to lock them in the small fridge while the others are easy to access in the bigger fridge with all the other drinks makes no sense.

Was ordering a sandwich and lady told me to not order anymore cause my other friends had already ordered too many sandwiches (they ordered 3) decided not to order because I felt bad :/ but now I feel like if I order she’s going to do something to my sandwich

Came here twice, both times there is no coffee ready, bathrooms are closed, and one person working. Whatever the company is they are handling the staffing wrong.

Worst place to work, especially as a cashier during the night. Having to do everything by yourself, cleaning and making coffee. Be overwhelmed. Customers are nice, but horrible experience working here

At this quick check you're not allowed to use the bathroom even though is functional they always have a auto order sign on the bathroom because of the few homeless people that camp out in front of the store management seems to hold paying customers accountable to where they can't even use the bathroom but won't tell the homeless the camp on the front of the store to move along as a paying customer is not my fault that management allows homeless people to camp out in front of the store so as a paying customer I should be able to use the bathroom

I went there with a friend of mine to order our smoothies because it was very hot out. We got into the car and drank our smoothies. It was like the smoothie wasn’t even mixed properly and most of it was all ice. I ain't never coming back to this quickchek ever again.

Came to this Quickchek with a friend to get smoothies because it was really hot out, so we got our smoothies. First the cups were a bit larger but it was only because they ran out of the larger cups so that wasn’t bad. But when we came to the car and drank our smoothies it was like the smoothie wasn’t even mixed properly, oh not to mention there was about 60% ice in the cup that we kept getting ice in the straws. The other reviews explain it all and tells me everything I need to know. Never coming back to this quickchek ever again.
