Worst place to shop ever. Everything is marked randomly management has no idea what they’re doing . I literally saw people robbing things in the corner while the manager Jackie was sitting there talking to another worker . This is going to get eventuality shut down like the rest .

I always come here is super close to my house ,never had any complaints or bad experiences.Only thing is that make sure you take your bags because if not Omg who's gonna paid 25 dollars or 15 dollars for a Bag? Buying q bag on rainbow is the same as buying 1 Jeans so get the jeans and carry your stuff because ain't noone playing 25 dollars for a bag lolJust remember take your bags...

The store have pretty good pieces but walking around in it is a disaster. Racks are way ti close to each other and you can’t even walk smoothly, get ready to get stick on it.

Horrible experience. The workers were too busy having their own conversations to really acknowledge me. I got to the register and just heard "Next in line!" When I got to the counter, the girl did not say hello or ask if I found everything I needed. She just continued speaking in Spanish to the other cashier. She rang me up and I had to ask how much! I then have her my money while the other cashier asked her for change. She proceeded to give her change first before giving me mine so I was standing thrre waiting. This is one of the worse stores I have been in for a while regarding customer service. I don't think they even spoke when I came in.

I had one of the worse experiences today at this rainbow, I was visiting NJ and decided to run in Rainbow to find a couple pair of sandals, I begin to browse and remembered the nice black skirts that I saw in the Atlanta camp creek store which was only a 3X was available, so I decided to ask one of the 4 to 5 people where can I find a skirt, she could not understand and directed me to the Capri slacks, I polightly told her that I needed a skirt, after going to 4 other people that did not utter a word of English I began to just look on my own.

I had one of the worse experiences today at this rainbow, I was visiting NJ and decided to run in Rainbow to find a couple pair of sandals, I begin to browse and remembered the nice black skirts that I saw in the Atlanta camp creek store which was only a 3X was available, so I decided to ask one of the 4 to 5 people where can I find a skirt, she could not understand and directed me to the Capri slacks, I polightly told her that I needed a skirt, after going to 4 other people that did not utter a word of English I began to just look on my own. I was never able to find a plain black skirt so I went looking at the shoes, I realized that no one ever spoke to me or offered help, or asked me if I found everything ok . I went to the counter to check out my 4 items and I'm standing there waiting, Velda I think her name was having a loud and dramatic conversation with 3 others that was all speaking Spanish, there was another person behind me waiting that was also getting frustrated, I decided to ask what do I do to get customer service, the cashier began to arrogantly roll her eyes, I asked her for her manager " Vickie " whom also acted like it was a joke and spoke to me in a condescending way . I told her that I will just call the corporate office which I did and awaiting a call from the manager tomorrow, I seemed that they did not care for the non Spanish speaking people, black people, it's one thing that you can't speak English, but not being able to effectively communicate plus neglecting customer service and being rude is not what I recall Rainbow Representing.... 😣🤔😣
