I have to give them a star in order to make a review, but this place the workers are so incompetent so rude. I asked The woman behind the register for an item that was in the glass casing. I asked a lady to put it away for me. I was going to walk around I didn’t want her to think I was stealing and when I went back, they gave it to someone else when the lady literally said to me that she was gonna put it away for me.

I used to find very good deals there 5 years ago.. But the prices have changed and it's an overpriced store especially for objects. They seem to forget they're not selling things new but used items, to help people in need... if I need to buy a wooden pot for 20$ I would go to Target.
I go to Thrifts Stores a lot and I can say that their items are overpriced, unfortunately.
That being said, the people working there are very kind, especially the men working outside. They always give me a hand when I bring a bag of donation and are polite and courteous.

Pricing not thought through, many times over retail...and it's used. Register woman very friendly to who she likes - actually mean to others. This was my goto store...no longer

Drove there from a distance and got there at 515 they said they are closed denied my entry but online they close at 6pm they said I have to get there lastest 5 pm if I wanted to go inside what a waste of time

Too expensive like what’s going on I called cooperate a couple of times they said they will notate it and nothing. I’m tired of this place taking advantage of people dirty stuff overpriced ? Something has to be done. It’s ridiculous . And that price is for two single person seats lol smh

I've been coming here for years but today I was denied purchases because they didn't have tags. When that happened to me before they'll put a price on it at the register and I don't mind paying whatever price they mark it as, but today the lady at the register didn't let me purchase my items and said it was strange that they both didn't have tags as if insinuating I removed them myself. It's inconsistent and inconvenient. If I was able to purchase it before without a tag don't suddenly make up a rule as you go or at least make it a rule everyone enforces. I shopped for an hour here thinking they'll just charge me at the register like before but instead they held on to the items. It's a waste of time. Be more considerate of the consumers.

Don’t donate to this place. The people that work there take the best stuff, and sometimes the merchandise doesn’t have price tags on them and they don’t sell it to you. And the items are priced very high. Think about it before you donate to this place give it to other people in need

First time here ! I found a lamp I saw on a moving sale for $10 cheaper than the sale. I def had to get it . It had a lamp shade I didn’t want so the employee let me change it to one I wanted . Some cds were just empty cases . Idk why they would have that for sale . A lot of the prices were expensive for cups . It was an okay store
