“I have used Contempo space several times to custom build different units for bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms. They have so many designs, colors and options at your fingertips. Their build time is so much easier than most and it's MADE IN THE USA. Their team is professional and easy to work with and if a problem arises, they are the first to deal with it.”

“Such an iconic food hall with so many different restaurants and little shops to explore. There’s something for everyone, and it’s the perfect place to walk around and try a little bit of everything. Come hungry — you’ll want to eat your way through the whole place!”

“Okay but this mall? Underrated gem ?

Right by Central Park, with stunning views and the prettiest natural light coming through those huge windows ? It feels upscale but still relaxed — the perfect mix of luxury and chill.”

“Such a gem in NYC! This woman-owned shop brings together a collective of small businesses under one roof, and it’s one of the most unique shopping experiences in the city.

They offer everything from permanent bracelets and a charm bar to a patch bar for customizing clothing and totes, plus really cute NYC gifts and souvenirs. I brought my friend and her two daughters in who were visiting and the girls working there were very helpful and made the experience so easy. They’ve really thought of everything! We all got permanent friendship bracelets with little charms and the girls put together their own personalized charm bracelets and necklaces. It ended up being a surprise fun and memorable activity for us all.

Perfect for a girls day, birthday outing, or just a fun afternoon with friends. You leave with something meaningful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for things to do in NYC that are creative and memorable!”

“This mall has a really great music playlist. Whoever is in charge of it deserves to be congratulated. Also Go Playland next to Amc is lovely place to bring your kids and spend some time. We came across this mall while looking for this playground.”

“Great ultra upscale mall with lots of trendy shops. Bloomingdale's, of course. It has been, and is, still currently being upgraded and modernized. An all new AMC theatre opened in Sept 2017 on the upper level directly above the recently relocated Cheesecake Factory. Entrance to both are on the back side of the mall. The new AMC theatre is very posh with luxury seating and food service. The mall boasts quite a number of upscale restaurants; Mortons and Houston s steak houses as well as Oceanaire seafood, and Maggionno's Little Italy, P.F. Changs china bistro, Rosa Mexicano, and Cheesecake Factory which serves american. The mall has an excellent Barnes and Noble which is my favorite store.
Parking can be difficult on busy days but if you're patient you can get a spot. The mall shops are a bit pricey but all in all it's a great mall to walk and browse; always clean and nowhere as crowded as other malls in the area...”

“Here’s a strong polished review you can use for The Avenue at American Dream:

The Avenue at American Dream delivers a true luxury shopping and dining experience unlike anywhere else in the area. The atmosphere feels upscale, modern, and beautifully designed, with high-end designer stores, elegant architecture, and a very clean environment throughout. The selection of luxury boutiques and fine dining options makes it a perfect destination whether you’re shopping, relaxing, or spending the day with family and friends.

One of the biggest conveniences is the easy parking access and the Tesla Supercharger station nearby, making it extremely practical for EV drivers while enjoying the mall. The restrooms are also impressively clean, modern, and easy to locate, which adds to the premium experience. Everything feels organized, comfortable, and well maintained. The Avenue truly brings a world-class luxury experience to the American Dream complex and is definitely worth visiting.”

“My mom and I have been to this mall and that this mall has changed many times like some store closed and some are open and that my mom parked the car in the parking lot and walked into the mall, and the mall had a supermarket called ACME supermarket and that there were plenty of people there shopping on a weekend.”

“Probably the most commercial and popping spot in Secaucus. Food places, movie theater, dessert spots... they got a lot going on. They do have closures (bank of america used to be here) and openings on and off, and i don't think the whole plaza is being utilized. Traffic can get congested especially when cars block the entrance/exit area.”

“In the midst of a city center such as Jersey City, with an emphasis on the neighborhood of Newport, once a hub for industry and the manufacturing industry, malls tend to not be common anymore in the contemporary day, due to the rise of e-commerce, and the presence of smaller shopping centers that succeed within the grasp of the United States in urban settings. Somehow, Newport Centre, which opened in 1987 and remains one of the state's most popular malls following the end of the heyday in the 1990s for malls, manages to survive.

With this mall being a Simon mall, and one of the last three-level malls in the country, the presence of stores and diversity of offerings will not leave you disappointed to the slightest bit, with stores such as Yankee Candle, Bath and Body Works, in addition to stores such as Macy's and JCPenney that are mainstays for home goods and scented goods, to hobby shops such as Lids and Foot Locker, there are a matter of options suited to your tastes. The food offerings at this such place are also quite diverse. Beyond mall staples such as Auntie Anne's, Sarku Japan, and your usual burrito place, this mall has offerings that are much more diverse and well known in the industry, such as Chick-Fil-A, Shake Shack, and Panera Bread, in addition to other world-class tenants that are locally owned, dining options also feature a Cheesecake Factory for those individuals interested in the glories of dining from this mall location.

The main issue, while a great mall is that the prices of some of the items are outrageous, while this is dependent on a store-by-store basis, many of the items they sell will be almost double the price elsewhere, this is likely a casualty of rising tax rates and rental rates, but this could be a silent killer for customers such as me.

Despite this, I hope to actually come back to this mall in the future and buy something that would make me feel like I am in a mall.”

“We visited on a Saturday night with a party of more than 10 people. The manager on duty was very helpful in getting our group seated and made the process smooth. Our server was friendly, attentive, and even brought refills without us having to ask. The food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dining experience and would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Plenty of parking. The only drawback is getting to and from it. Tunneled Avenue traffic is horrendous; the traffic lights are out of sync, so the backup is sometimes overwhelming.”
