This bank is a joke. The people working on there are so slow. They just talking and socially between them. You need 2 hours to open an account.

Atms are always temporarily out of service they also needs to be updated think this is the only branch with old atm machines

This branch needs some updating badly! It smells so horrible in the lobby and their ATM machines both inside and out never ever work properly.

They closed my account because i scanned a check that some dude on instagram had sent me saying i can get $1,000 because he's trying to help out people & now they closed my account days later after I received my money. They could've taken the money back they said it was “fraud” but i dint know & they showed no mercy to me which sucks :(

Excellent service, Canadian bank in the USA that serves quickly with good financial products. It has offices and ATMs in easy access points from early hours to late, they even work all week.

On the left side of the door, there is a place to put your bank card to enter the bank when it is closed for the ATM in the bank.

I was going to open an account.Waited almost an hour to see a representative.The glass windows are dirty and smudged.The furniture is dated, stained and worn.The bank, needs to add more personnel for quicker service and spend a little money on keeping the place clean and well appointed.No desire to go back.
